Food is great only if they would learn to send ranch with the salads or whatever dressing u like I have ordered 3 or 4 times and they send just a salad no ranch and I even have paid for extra ranch Everytime and who sends a dry salad out with no dressing ...it's bull if I pay for a salad and extra ranch they should make sure the dressing is in there before they leave the store with it so now not only could I not eat my salad I lost my money too for the ranch and the salad cause I can't eat a salad dry sorry so I'm not sure I will order from here again yes they have good food but ranch ain't cheap and food i cant eat ain't cheap either sorry had to drop the stars cause of this it's a big problem cause u all don't give credits or u have ever gave me any so I lose money when ordering here and our taters wedges was hard tonight wasn't cooked all the way I hate to bit a tater And it crumbles in ya mouth gross but rant...

We have never had a problem with their food from here before….not the case anymore. We called because we were told our food would be delivered 30-40 mins from when we ordered. We waited an hour before calling. “Oh it just left.” We only live 5 mins away-10 max with traffic. It took another 30 mins to receive our food. It was cold, bread sticks weren’t made right and we were missing our sauces that we ordered. Called and was told they put a pizza credit on our account as well as for the breadsticks and sauces. We called tonight to get the replacement order and instead of doing what they said, they gave us a 10$ credit….Jerry Cable was rude and hung up on us. This place has really went downhill with...

Snappy used to be my favorite but now they have the Worst customer service! Tonight was the last time I’ll ever order from them. The last 2x I’ve attempted to order pickup, they tell me my order will be ready in 15-20 mins, however as soon as I pull up when my order is due, they call saying they can’t remember what the order was.
