I swear everytime I come here something goes wrong. Food is never right 5 out of 5 times. (This was my last shot at this location). Food was wrong even when they asked me like 5 times over the speakers. Once I came and the employee didnt give me the right change and when I politley asked the girl, she walked away with an attitude and said I was lieng. Review!!! Thanks alot to Sonic Drive-In my brother and I just came by and I saw something odd half way threw my potatoe tots. It’s mint gum. I called the restaurant and they say I only have 2 managers working and they are not chewing gum. My brother and I have no gum at all! They hung automatically. CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW. This is beyond discussing. I’ve never felt this grossed out and such a reaction from a manager. This is so messed up. Someone one chewed this gum and accidentally dropped in my food 100% I have 0 doubt. We have 0 gum with us

My husband, daughter & I stopped here and ordered 12 Frito Chili Cheese Jr. Wraps. After receiving our food we pull out and start eating only to discover that every wrap was nothing more than plain Fritos in a soft shell tortilla; the chili was non existent. I had also ordered some chili cheese tots in which only two tots had chili on them. I called the restaurant back to voice my complaint only to be told that the wraps had been made to their standards with one ladle of chili on each wrap. She then proceeded to tell me she couldn't replace all 12 of them. She was very hesitant and stand offish as to what I was saying. As if I was trying to get free food when we had just spent nearly $40. I'm very disappointed with their customer service.

Then once I got back to the window the third time they said they didn’t had it to me like this when those chili cheese tots are untouched calling me a liar. I asked for a replacement after having sat there for minimum 20-30 minutes they had me another half chili cheese tots when the original was ice cold. I explained I wanted a replacement not the other half because I had to wait so long and they acted as if I was being the unreasonable one. Will not be going back.

I believe that this location needs to come up with a standard procedure for refills. I have been frequenting this establishment for a long time now and regularly (every other day, if not every day) buy drinks at full price without using the app where I know I could get half off. I feel better about paying full price so that a member of the team does not have to come all the way out to my car to deliver my drink since the policy for mobile orders is to pick up your mobile order in a stall.

I had never once asked for a refill in the drive-thru until the other day. That day I asked if I was allowed to get a refill because I had been there a few hours earlier. I was told yes, received my refill, and went along.

Today I come back and asked for a refill for only the second time in the entire time I've been frequenting this Sonic. Then I was told that it is not possible to get a refill if it's been longer than an hour. I explained that it is not been a full hour as I had last been there at 4:32, I left the parking lot at 4:36, and it was currently 5:29. I had left long enough to give a friend a ride across town, take them home, and come back. Far less time than the other day when I asked for a refill for the first time. Even though I explained it had been under an hour and I fit the requirement according to the policy I was told at the drive thru speaker box, I was still denied being able to get a drink refill.

I came up to the window and explained that it had been under an hour since I was there and asked if it was possible again to get a refill. I was then told by the same person that they don't do refills if it's been more than 30 minutes and you left the premises. They changed the goal post on me. After realizing that I was never going to get a refill even though I fit the criteria to receive one according to what she told me at the speaker box, I decided to leave and no longer spend my money here.

I say all of this to say that I will not be back to this location until a policy can actually be created and standardized across the board. It seems like staff can pick and choose who they will give a refill to which feels discriminatory as a business practice. And they can change the rules on you at the drop of a hat. I would be far less upset if I was just told from the beginning that you don't do refills in the...

Just got off work wanted a chili dog ordered two combos and two sundays through the drive thru took 5 minutes to get to the window and I sat at window for another 5 the girl with glassss said sorry for the wait, i asked for cup holder because mine does not work my kids have torn them up and I asked for buffalo sauce she grabbed the items then said snarkily next time tell us at speaker if you want buffalo we’re supposed to charge you they normally ask if I want sauce it’s first time I asked for it,(also don’t assume there will be a next time cook out gives sauce,good service and better prices especially with at a tude I called them and manager said there’s only 2 workers and the manager I understand that I work in customer service for a business that’s been around way longer and makes way more money and we never have enough staff I’ve had it just be me no manager or employees in my area I never snapped at customers and closed by myself I worked earlier today by myself and my back is killing me I have a muscle strain in my thigh and it was hurting bad physical therapy didn’t help me much but I still worked hard thanked customers I have to refuse tips all the time because the business doesn’t take tips and I get positive feedback for my service and it makes me happy my customers are happy with my effort anyway) I said okay but as I sit here it makes me upset I live within walking distance and me and my husband have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here over the 9 years we’ve lived here probably a thousand they’ve forgot my drinks she told me to have a good night before she even handed me the drinks and sundays next time she shouldn’t forget...

1-1-2025 I am not sure why Sonic only had 2 workers on New Year's Eve, every order was between 25-45 minute wait, WHICH COST ME other potential orders and income! I am a door dash driver and I want to shout out to the 2 lady's that were working New Year's Eve and New Year's Day over night. During my 5 hours of delivering from Sonic only, I watched the both of you work thru this HUGE HUGE STRUGGLE that didn't let up all night! I watched you get cussed out/yelled at, people blowing their horns acting like donkeys, and just over all being nasty individuals..in all that CHAOS, you remained calm, polite, and the food was hot and orders were moving as fast as they could WITH 2 WORKERS!!! The owners of Sonic should really really give the both of you some recognition, gift cards or how about a RAISE because the two of you ROCKED THAT CRAP OUT and for the difficult situation the two of you were placed in. AMAZING WORK, KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB, and your OWNER/MANAGER should have been there struggling with you. I do have a better idea for us door dash drivers. Instead of using drive thru and creating a bottle neck, why can't we use the stalls, say order name and then be called to the pick up window ? There just has to be a better way for the workers and the dashers. I don't make money when I am sitting still and the way it's running I will refuse over night Sonic orders, not because of the workers but because of managements inability to staff ESPECIALLY on holidays!

Love the fast service. Everything is always great. My favorite is the tater tots (when not pulled early)and the yellow cake batter milk shake is awesome, but stick with the small, medium...
