Tried my new neighborhood Cat Cafe yesterday and had so much fun! First, the Cafe section is nicely decorated and very relaxing. Large selection of "basic" coffee and tea drinks, plus some creative and cool seasonal concoctions that are kitty-cat themed. Small selection of baked goods available. My chai latte was very good and I'm pretty picky about my chai! Everything is vegan - only milk choices are oat or macadamia. Upstairs is where the kitties reside. You need to make a reservation to visit them in advance. At the time I visited, there were 14 kitties in residence, most about 3-4 months old. Lots of variety of colors. They were very social and would snuggle, but mostly liked playing with each other and their toys. There were 10 people "visiting" when I was there, which did seem a bit crowded. Had they handled this with far more grace, then she would have returned with just her older child or friends another time. Now that they handled it the way they did, they have lost a large family of potential customers and our extended friends who we have told our...

Went for the cats, but got turned down due to their reservations policy after buying my coffee that was weirdly put in a cup only half filled... seems wasteful and makes the coffee look very sad…
I politely recommended they should have signs up explaining the rules and how to make an appointment… said they had signs but forgot to put them out. Could have just said thanks for the feedback.
Employees could use a refresher in human interaction and emotional intelligence. I’m sure the cats are...
