We have three Subways out here but I always have a problem at this one. Today I walked in, no one else was in there(it's always empty) The worker looked at me and moved to the side like he was going to take my order but he never did, he didn't acknowledge me or my daughter. We knew what we wanted and we were just waiting for him to address us and ask what we want. He did none of that. So the other worker came from outside and he stood in front of the veggies. After waiting for like two minutes with all of us staring at each other and then at the first guy, I asked the second guy if he was going to make our sandwiches and he said that he was going to put the veggies in and the first guy was going to make it. Still no kind of acknowledgement from the first guy. So we all start staring at each other again for like 2 minutes and I saw another guy in the back. I asked the second guy if the third guy can fix my sandwich and that's when the first guy asked me what did I want. I said I don't want anything from you . He snorted and snatched his gloves off and stormed in the back. I really didn't care. He was playing with the meat with his head down the whole time instead of asking how he could be of service. It was awkward and maybe if they had an adult there, things wouldn't have went the way they did. I know they were children because the second guy is my 16 year old son's friend. l don't know his name but I have his picture and I will keep calling corporate until something is done. I should have left. I spent my money because I wanted a damn sandwich and shouldnt have to drive past my home to get decent service. He never said "hi" "how can I help you" he just played with the meat behind the counter and held his head down. Bad customer service skills. But it will be dealt with. This is for the Subway on Bowman, next to AT&T. For the amount I paid, I could've just got delli turkey and made...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOnly 2 employees on a Sunday lunch rush, and only 1 is helping/serving the line that extends out the door. I get that the Walmart subway was shut down due to covid concern, but that should mean this place needs ramp up their scheduling to compensate. Literally 15 people in line. If they're this heavy with one orders they need to bring in an employee who only does that, while making sure the counter is properly staffed, meaning 2-3 employees serving the people who actually drive to the store and order inside. This is ridiculous and the management here needs to be fired. Actually, just shut this location down. It's not worth...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame in here a few nights ago for the 1st time. Was a bit leery of getting food as soon as I noticed they either can't, or don't, close their case. The tuna was brown on top from the constant exposure to air. And how do you keep the bugs out? I ended up getting a meatball sub since it's in it's own closed container. But then I was super nervous to eat it because I also got a cpl caramel apple cookies and something in my order made it smell really horrible. It ended up being the cookies, and just a heads up, they taste like sour apple cider cookies and my kid wouldn't even eat them they...
