After living there 2 years, room suddenly refused to me. The window was slammed in my face and the clerk refused to talk as to why? He's a new clerk that i unknowingly found out, replaced the other clerk that use to live there. The old clerk was my friend, not sure why he left and didn't tell me. My friend stayed with me that last day with permission. Thinking he didn't like 2 Men sharing a room. LGBTQ beware!! Definately been discriminated against in one way or another. We also didn't know if he charged my friends card at 1st, he handed it back rudely and slammed the pay window in our face with a rude go away hand gesture from him and another woman. He treated me like I was a criminal. P.s Thanks for ruining my birthday by slowing us down to have to get another motel. Humiliated me infront of my friend who I was trying to feel comfortable to visit me for future visits. This was the impresion you gave him of how people behave in Ridgecrest, and where iv'e been living long term. We also changed our debit card accounts because you obviously took his card for ten minutes only to throw it back in our faces. Corporate hasn't called me back or answered my email about the matter. I am taking you to court for discrimination. 2 accounts my friend and Me. I will not tolerate this ectreme rude behavior. I helped my best friend study for law school and I payed attention. Whos next for you to be rude to, a Priest? Never been treated so harsh in my life for being a really nice respectful person. Again, absolutely outraged and the incident was...

I wish I did not even need to give one star. I realize the value in an affordable room. However these rooms are not safe or healthy to be occupied. I checked in and within about 45 minutes checked out. I could not stop itching after being inside for 5 minutes, this is what prompted me to start looking around at things a little closer.. Small list of deficiencies I quickly noticed... Without a ton of detail I'll list them. No smoke detector anywhere in the room. Door latch was a screw partially screwed into the door to latch the latch lock onto. Bubble wrap hanging from the AC it appeared it was used to seal some leak in the unit. Something appeared to have be squirt all over the walls, maybe was attempted to be cleaned off due to rag fibers stuck to it. Overall cleanliness was very bad. General feel of the room was uncomfortable. My service animal, which I was charged a fee(cash only, no receipt) for could not even lay down. And then a few things that maybe we're just cosmetic, like the mismatch light bulbs in the bathroom fixture with no cover on them The one small wall decoration that was placed in a weird spot on a wall to cover up a paint miss match, filthy dresser / nightstand drawers and NO Bible.

When I first pulled up to check in I should have noticed the disgusting amounts of trash outside all over the sidewalks including syringes marijuana packaging miscellaneous drug product bags in and around the...

You get what you pay for - a semi-decent place to stay, but at a very reasonable price. It's a good place to stop just before making the trip into Death Valley or Vegas. The attendant was very nice and helpful - probably the best thing about the place as it's clear they want you to feel welcome.

The rooms come with a comfy bed, a working microwave, fridge and TV. The shower is also really good! The only downside is the rooms are quite dated and the floors pick up a lot of dust, but if you can look past that, they do the job for giving you a decent night's sleep. The door can be triple locked, which made me feel safe.

The location is good in terms of being near a gas station and a Walmart, though the neighbourhood doesn't exactly feel the safest. I'd recommend you try to park as close to your room as possible to ensure you can keep an eye on everything.

All in all, fine to use as a stop off for the night, but I wouldn't stay long term. I almost feel like the attendant deserves to be running a better place more suited to who they are. Worth it for the price if you're looking for a stop off before heading...

I want to share with you my experience: I have stayed in that place... It is not a hotel, not even an inn... My choice was influenced by 7.1 rating in Booking.com and a 2 star hotel grade, pictures were also good... but in really it is completely opposite place. I rate that place 1 out 5 or 10, depends what scale you prefer. It is not 0 because of human behavior and attitude of front desk gentleman. So, look at my photos and here is summary: - dirty linens - dirty towels - blood on the walls of room and walls of bathroom - dirty shower cabinet - no waste/garbage basket in the room and bathroom - no a single chair - they demanded cash upon arrival because as if they do not have charging device or system, though my booking was made through the booking.com - and the last - around 3.30am some one tried to open my window and get inside the room... I had to jump out of the bed and push y to that guy back to the street unchecked retreated. It was my choice and my experience, so please be aware of that place

My entire family’s socks became black after walking around the bare floor. We took them off and found a worser situation, the floors are STICKY…….. Turned on the bathroom light and one of two is broken. The light switch was sunk in, tissue holder is empty, the baseboards in the room were dropping off & collecting thick amount of dust, there’s paint peeling off & chipping off, “white” towels have blue dyes(the horror when I opened the towel after a shower!), bedsheet have weird stains. It’s not rocket science to bleach towels and sheets easily. Got this room for $50/night, should have paid $20 more to have a place nearby that’s at least clean, or not worn down. One star for the wonderful & friendly staff who loan us his private bathroom in the lobby when there was none while waiting for our room.

The shower is AMAZING. Incredible pressure from a large shower head and instant and constant heat. The owner is really friendly. But sadly the property is in very shabby condition. The envelope for the room card is tattered and reused for what seemed like years. You do not want to peak inside the pillow case as the pillows are so old that they are flimsy and brown (they used to be white). The room I was in was night club dim. There was a super dim 15 watt bulb in one of the lamps for some reason. One of the towels in the room looked like it was used to polish shoes. BUT I will still give two stars for what may be the finest shower pressure I've experienced in any hotel or motel and I've stayed in hundreds.
