Messed up like a soup sandwich! Took three times to get my password reset for an online order. After multiple attempts to sign up for rewords I gave up and decided to just pay for my order. After entering my payment information it said that this location was not taking online orders. OK, maybe that is a corporate thing and not the local store. We call up the local number for the store and got a call center instead asking us what store we wanted to place an order at. Isn't that special? The fellow who was taking the order was not aware of the specials so he tried to call the actual store and check with them. They did not answer. He forwarded us to the local store where we listened to advertisements but nobody actually answered the phone. I told my wife I would just go to the store and order in person. Called back at 625 only to find out all the drivers had returned with no one admitting to taking our order- so no one knows what happened to it. Offered to give us a credit and make it again only this time, a door dash employee would bring it because it would be faster. What?? You just said all your drivers had returned- but that it would be faster for door dash? Excuse me?
