Deborah and and Katherine are pleasant and kind; I love pleasant hotel/motel staff and feel during my stay at any. If it weren't for their pleasantness, I would not have returned (this was my second time here).||||2. The rooms have roaches, and beatles. As I told the Manager, Deborah; I do not pay to be traumatized, be around, have anxiety due to - bugs of any types. Period. I shared photos with her, and the maid saw with her own eyes after i happen to see her and i asked her (since it tok too long for Deborah to send a maid) to come get it off of the coffee maker tray it was found on (initially on the mouth of a cup on there that I was about to make tea in). I had her replace the whole setting and clean the coffee maker and wipe up the water I had to splash the beatle with after immediately tossing the cup of water and screaming.||||My last stay at this motel I posted a pic in my Review of a dead roach behind toilet. She has not offered me financial recompense nor any other reply. I will be reaching out to Wyndham corporate.||||3. The rooms are very dusty. Deborah wiped down some of the surfaces for me, which I appreciate. But then the tables had streak marks. ||||4. The floor was not clean, had areas of particles and whatnot.||||5. I enjoy the breakfast items of packets of Maple Brown Sugar Quaker Oatmeal, Sunny-D juices (though never cold), breakfast bars, coffee, tea, bottled water.). The apple juice is barely ever there; I saw it once. The hours are to short (7-9am). I didnt see milk but im sure its Cow. I only drink Oat milk and other plant-based. There's cereal; seems to be Frosted Flakes and another. I saw bread and a toaster, little packs of jelly, fruit. ||||6. I appreciate Deborah for supplying me with the amount of pillows that I need (four at the least), since the bed's at this motel only have two pillows on them. ||||7. The room was missing the ironing board and iron, the clock radio, the teo tan fleece-like blankets - three of the amenities they advertise and that was seen together in only one of the rooms i was shown. But unfortunately I couldnt stay in that room (which actually looked like the advertised cozy photo's on their website) because the sink had a leak to the floor that they say is bad. There WERE towelsbunder sink. Deborah allowed me to bring those items to the alternative room she suggested. But SLL rooms should have ALL amenities advertised on their website and photo's. ||||8. Unfortunately she says all rooms now have only those small box mini-fridges (the ones that have no freezer/they're not the rectangle mini-fridges). I dont book motels/hotels that only have tiny box shaped mini-fridges; they're useless. ||||9. The bed has dips and lumps and is not firm al over; so it is very uncomfortable. To help though, I folded the fleece blanket I brought in there from the other room and put that on the lumpy non-firm bed as a 'mattress pad'. I prefer motel/hotel beds that are firm and pillow top together or otherwise firm and memory foam together. ||||10. The floors crickle pop and crack in sound as you walk on some areas of it. The coffee table has a broken leg. See photo hereto. ||||11. There is no desk lamp.||||12. There's no AVAILABLE outlet next to bed. So thankfully I travel with an extension cord, but the only place to put it (the only other outlet near bed) is on wall near sink and is chest level, and I discovered the next morning that it doesn't even work; so nothing was charged. I had to move furniture around to unplug one of the two nightstand lamps, to use one of those inserts. ||||13. She says she's going to get rid of the hard flat flimsy pillows that are seen in all of the rooms, and replace them with the comfortable fluffy fat firm soft pillows that are in some of the rooms, the kind that nicely hug the head back and neck. ||||14. I told her that the window must have a whole or gap in screen somewhere, because as I picked up my cup on nightstand next to bed about to drink water from it; I was traumatized and screamed at a big long brown bug with wings, floating in it.||||15. I liked the 90% quietness of this motel. Perhaps this trip thats thanks to no return of the guy riding his motorcycle motor through and in parking lot rather than turning it off upon parking lot entry or riding slow. And thanks to Deborah not putting a anyone in room next to me this time, and the other side of the room being a maid closet. Other than the maid's slamming that door waking me up/disturbing my rest/scaring me; they stopped after I kindly asked one of them i was able to finally catch (unfortunately on day 3), to stop. ||||16. The water pressure was sufficient, and stronger than my prior stay. And the water gets hot immediately, and stays hot during my long shower's. ||||17. *UPDATE TO FIRST REVIEW: That other microwave had no light on it's LCD screen, but it does display. Katherine showed me when we looked at that room upon my arrival at THIS booking. The maid's got up that dead roach from behind the toilet; but everything else that my first Review describes about that room.... is the same. ||||18. Deborah fixed the ice machine to flow better and produce pieces slightly thicker than the chips I mentioned in my first Review. Therefore the ice lasted longer this time.||||###||||My first Review (from my first stay here which was in June) was cut short on Google so I had to paste it as three separate ones (in three Parts); but they're oddly not all showing, so i'm going to publish a webpage of my two Reviews together, and will therefore update this one with the webpage...

Read more----- UPDATE as of Monday 7/1/24: DKatherine checked me in; as I decided to give this motel another shot. She was very helpful. Instead of the room Debra she said re-assigned me to before my arrival - a slightly more spacious room as it's in the corner next to what I requested in my initial Special Requests on this booking as well as for the previous stay.....an updated/renovated room that looks like the photo's on the website's, and that has an empty room next to it on at least one side of it (for less noise disturbances). The water pressure is a tad better in this room, it has an updated chest of drawer's, an iron and ironing board unlike (the other room didn't), you can manuever in and out of the bathroom a tad easier because (though it still swings inward instead of outward) the door swings away a little more from toilet but you still have to stand on side of toilet in order to close and open the door. It's window is facing the street, so I can open the curtains for sunlight without people AT the motel walking past the room looking in. The tables are extremely dusty, so I have my laptop sitting on one of the extra face towels I had her provide. When I'm done typing this; I'm going to ask the maid if I can borrow her wood cleaning spray so that I can get some of the dust up. It's bad enough that the window doesn't open; therefore food smells, and toilet smells can't circulate out as they should. Because as I'm typing this, I checked the window just now; unfortunately the window does NOT open, and I always need to get fresh air circulation from outside!!! So, this sucks. Geeesh, there's always something. Now I feel trapped; not being able to have fresh air blowing in, in a motel room. Uuuuugh.
I'll post further about this current stay; later. For now, the initial Review is still as is, here below.
[Review Part 1 of 3]:
I'll list the bad and the good together.
The sheets are NOT monitored; as one of them had cuts and tears, and another had stains and tears. [See photo attached hereto.]
I specifically requested an UPDATED room as they show/as they advertise online. But Debra (the manager) though she is a pleasant lady and seems kind, instead put me in an old rugged room. [See photo's hereto.]
The furniture is old, several scratches and cuts and stains - disgusting. The carpet stained and rugged. I was scared to open the drawers of the tv/stand/dresser against wall across from the bed's; so I didn't. They are so old it seems like the drawers would fall to floor and a family of roaches and spider's would crawl out along with past guests whatever left in them by the maid. They need to rid of that furniture (meaning: table and chairs included).
The microwave display light does not come on; so you can't see what you're pressing/setting your food to, especially at night or with curtains closed. They need to discard of it and install a new microwave in that particular room.
Debra said that only some rooms have what ALL hotels and motels SHOULD have - a tall (rectangle shaped) mini-fridge (top part being the freezer, bottom being the fridge). She said she doesn't know which ones do, and which ones have the ridiculous useless short mini-fridges (that are box shaped); so I assume she took a wild guess because thankfully the room had the tall fridge, so I was able to have frozen groceries delivered and not just ones that only require refrigeration. Even for a two night stay, let alone longer; I prefer to have frozen foods, including my vegan icecream and to freeze my superfood juices.
The toilet lid interior is disgustingly stained including with brown yellow rings. They need to replace it. [See photo hereto.]
There is a dead roach behind toilet. [See photo attached hereto.] I do NOT book places that have roaches nor bedbug's; and if there I expect a refund for the full stay.
The bathroom is so tiny that you literally have to maneuver your body past door and toilet trying not to touch toilet - in order to get out and get in to the...
