The BEST HOTEL IN RIDGECREST CA. Won't even go to any other hotel in town. The price is perfect and affordable. And the service you get is amazing. The Owner/manager of the hotel Shams is very Nice, keeps a very polite and very professional attitude with showing extreme kindness and respect towards his guest. He goes above and beyond for them and makes your stay here at the hotel perfect. His housekeepers do an amazing job with the rooms and keeping them clean and always checking to see if you need any tools or personal things they offer in the rooms. All rooms are newly updated. Everything is bran new. You get free breakfast in the lobby and he offers free water bottles and coffee in lobby all day if thirsty. The hotels location is perfect. And the view from the top floor is breath taking. Very quiet at night and has a bran new security camera system so you can sleep with no worries about your car being broken into. It's a nice area so there is no crime but just in case it's nice to know your things are watched 24/7. So if your looking for a nice hotel for a good price look no further. Come to America inn& suites. You won't be disappointed. The service is terrible! I booked online along with all my other motels & plane fare as I always do, with a valid Visa. Still good for 2 yrs. Upon check-in this "incompetent" muslim took 10 minutes trying to figure out how to ring me out. He mumbles something about my card is expired or not valid. Really?! Then, finally he tries again after another 5 min. and it's OK - hands me a receipt & key. I go out to eat, get settled into my room and at 8:30 he's calling me demanding I come to the office. OK, now he decides my card isn't good. I called Visa to clarify and all is well with my card. It's totally valid. I ended up paying with my debit card instead. In the morning, I asked for a receipt for my debit card I used to pay with. He refused! He gave me the copy of my Visa that was supposedly invalid. He charged my debit card, yet refused to provide me a receipt. He said the booking company charged me. Not! They only use your card # for reservation only. You pay when you stay! I think this tard was trying to scam me. Incompetent, terrible business dealings. I have no reciept for what I was charged. As others have noted, the service is not worth the hassle for an average room. There are plenty of other comparable Ridgecrest motels. Avoid like...
