EDIT TO ADD- I spoke to you on the phone after I had to message you on Facebook then you finally answered your phone over an hr later. I have the call logs of calling you at 5:07 shortly after he left the store. I was calling to let you know he bought the wrong ones cause the packs my husband wanted were $30ish and he wanted 2 packs and 2 sleeves so when I found out 170$ was the total for those 4 things I knew it was the wrong ones. I sent him back and mind you my husband and I were not in town at the time otherwise we could’ve done it ourself and saved the confusion. I told you my son and I know nothing about this gundam thing it was for my husband. He took a pic of the kit you sold him and the starter decks or pack or whatever to send to my husband. My husband was driving at the time and said yes those, thinking the 30ish$ ones pictured in the right. My son went back to the store and bought the ones you handed to him which were the kits. So yes he bought kits and sleeves for $170 total. I never did say it was $170 for one thing. He said your mom was nice and told him there’s no returns but you have final say and you’ll be back from lunch at 6:30 so just incase she’ll put the 2 starter decks ($30ish ones)to the side incase so he assumed you might be okay with it and left the $170 in items with your mom. It took me 5-10 mins to realize it was the wrong one and I immediately called the store and told my son to go back and return them so 43 mins could be right. As i told you and stated just now we were not in town so we didn’t go in there. I don’t know where your refund sign was and I thought you said at the door but okay, it’s at the counter. I also said we would never step foot in your store again so for you to say we’re not allowed there seems petty. Harassment? I left my review of my experience. I was hoping for a little understanding and your mom made it seem like you make exceptions since she said you have the final say.

They do not give refunds cause apparently there's a sign at the door. Sent my son there to get 2 gundam starter packs for my husband. The guy sold him the starter pack with the figures and sleeves it ended up being $170. Literally took 10 mins to find out he bought the wrong ones and sent him back to the store to exchange. The guy wasn't there and his mom said he has final say but he will be back in an hr. My son left all the merchandise there thinking he could do the exchange. Went back at 6:30 cause that's the time his mom said he would be back. The guy said no refunds cause we've been ripped off before with people opening cards and returning them resealed. Which is understandable if we tried to return hrs later but it was literally 15 mins!!! With purchases that big they should verbally let the customer know there's no refunds, but just signs at the door. Never will step foot in that...

I was looking for a place to buy Pokemon cards and rekindle my childhood passion for the franchise. I saw this place a couple times when I was going to the boba spot next door. Today I decided to go in and was welcomed by an incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The store and overall environment is super chill, fun, and welcoming. The community seems fantastic. I spent my whole day here sifting through all the Pokemon card raw singles trays, and the staff and another customer helped me find some of the cards that I was looking for. Everyone else seemed to be having a great time in the store as well; there were groups running MTG and DnD games and customers happily finding cards and other collectibles. Personally, I enjoyed that they were playing some shows on the TV like Goosebumps as I was going through all the cards lol.

Overall had an amazing experience. This place is great. I'm working on completing the original Base Set for Pokemon, so I will definitely be coming back and looking for those cards! Huge shoutout to the...

AMAZING. I cannot express in a simple Google review how incredible this store is. The variety of items from cards and games to buildable models and even retro video games , is simply awesome. I’ve purchased gameboy games, D&D dice, books, character sheets, Pokemon sealed products, graded retro cards, Yugioh products, MTG cards and so much more and always have such a fun time browsing, chatting with the staff and hanging out opening my card packs! They have one of the best game rooms to play and join tournaments that I’ve ever been to. Comfortable seating, amazing climate control, I mean seriously I just can’t give enough praise.
