I am very disappointed in this location. My boyfriend ordered a large pizza and a brownie from here. The driver called before she left the store to get directions to our apartment. He gave her clear directions, told her where to turn, and told her the code to the gate and specifically told her to call back if she couldn’t find it!!! He even went outside to wait and see if he saw her after about 20 minutes of getting off the phone with her. Well, after waiting OVER an hour, he called the store. My boyfriend had already done a delivery claim online. So, he first talked to a worker who was trying to get us to come PICK UP the over-an-hour-old order. Then, she gave the phone to a manager. He told my boyfriend that we would have to come pick up the new order and PAY FOR IT!! That is not the right way for a manager to handle this situation by any means. All this to say that we won’t be ordering from them again. I’ve worked in the food industry, and a Pizza place at that. I put instructions “Call when you arrive, cannot hear door from room.” I had roomates get home shortly after (unbeknownst to me), and he arrives, ignores my instructions, and delivers to the door. They don’t know anything, so instead of calling right then, he goes back to his car, calls me and says he’s leaving. I say “No no no, I’m here! I’m here!! I’m running out now!!” I go running out of my house, him still in his car at the end of my lawn, I’m waving my arms and screaming (and I am LOUD). He ignores me and drives off. I then go to the store, explaining to the store what happened as I drove up. He pulls up, I get out, tell him who I am, and demand my pizza, my property, that I paid for, and in fact paid for its delivery, and a 20% tip. He DOES NOT give it to me then either, and takes it with him back into the store. They said his name was “John Smith”. I HATE this man now. Fire him, and you’ll have won back a customer. Read moreI placed an order over the phone, for pick up. I regularly support this dominos, and pay in person with Apple Pay.
When i arrived they explained their system was down and they couldn’t accept Apple Pay (a method i used to pay the day before). I believe this should be communicated as I’m on the phone, before i get to the store.
Instead of offering a solution for their system being down, and compensating for an inefficiency / inconsistency on their end… The staffs response was “Oh well, looks like we can’t give you your order”, in an extremely nonchalant way, with no consideration for the customer and the fact that i left my house and used this $4.95 a gallon premium gas.
I literally only ordered Cinnamon sticks.
Something they could’ve easily comped for the inconvenience, the customer would’ve left with a positive experience, & enjoyed their regular order of cinnamon sticks.
