This was my very first time going to PJ’s. At the speaker the staff was friendly but as soon as we got to the window everything changed. The girl had an attitude from beginning to end. She couldn’t find my online order so asked what we had, I told her, and she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes and slammed the window. She came back and my grandmother asked her “do you need to see the online order” and she just looked and ignored us. She finally gave us our order and when I checked my bag of beignets they did not look good at all. It looked like a cup of powdered sugar was thrown in the bag and the beignets were just tossed on top. The frozen hot chocolate I got was good but very poor customer service and not what I was expecting my beignets to looks like considering other peoples have good great.

My favorite coffee of all time, and this location is beautiful inside. My only gripe is that I hate being hassled for a tip at the register. The awkwardness of a cashier flipping the screen around and watching me select the ‘no tip’ option is aggravating. If I decide to tip, it would be after the service is complete, not before. And if you watch me fill out the screen in order to compel me to tip you, then you will certainly not get a tip at all. Aside from that, the flavor of this coffee is amazing and the overall experience, top notch.

I went in in the 9 o'clock hour. I ordered 3 beignets and a drink. It took them 10 mins to make my order, and boy the beignets were perfectly cooked in temperature (too much powder sugar for my taste though). They were so delicious that I had to go back the next day but easy on the sugar. My second visit took about ten mins as well. I would definitely go back for the beignets!

Slowest service of any coffee shop I have been to in my life!

Have been through their drive through twice since opening. The first time was a few days after opening. I was behind two other cars in the line and it took them about 45 mins to fulfill my order of a hot mocha and a scone. What's ironic was that I only wanted a hot beverage. They asked me three times while ordering whether I was sure that I didn't want anything else, and suggested their sandwiches and bakery items. I gave in and ordered a raspberry scone. Got to the pick up window after about 20 mins. They promptly charged my card, closed the window and went AWOL for 5 mins. Someone new came back and said they didn't have the raspberry scone, the one I didn't want in the first place. I had already been waiting 25 minutes, so I was willing to take anything and just asked them to give me whatever scone they had. Another 8-10 mins later they came back with my mocha and a cold scone. I was very disappointed to say the least as I really like the mocha, so I hoped it was due to the recent opening.

I went back a few weeks later. This time, I ordered just a velvet ice drink. And thankfully there was no one else in the drive through. Again, payment was accepted promptly and they handed me a receipt to sign. 15 mins later someone came with my drink, slammed the window and left before I could return the receipt and pen, and before I could even ask for a straw. Thankfully, another staff member was passing by and noticed me waving outside the window. The iced drink was decent, but this was again a 20 min ordeal from ordering to delivery, in an otherwise completely empty drive through. Needless to say, my initial excitement of having a new coffee shop near my house is...

If you're wanting to taste a little of the Mardi Gras New Orleans food culture without having to be in the Big Easy, PJ's Coffee (849 Lake Harbour Dr - Ridgeland, MS) is here in the Sip to bring you just that, they are now carrying King Cakes!

They offer two flavors, traditional and cream cheese, and also mini sizes and a slightly healthier version. We got the cream cheese of course. Cake has a hint of lemon zest, super soft, and is stuffed with sweetened cream cheese. Everyone enjoyed it! I'm not a huge fan of anything lemon, so that's just my preference.

Pj's is my go to for a Granita. It's not blended, but slow churned coffee, so the consistency is more of an icee/slurpee with a little crunch, rather than a blended smooth coffee. Theirs is not too sweet, just how I like it (if you like sweet, just ask for an extra pump of sweetener).

Their beignets is a favorite in our household and amongst my employees. Although the size of the beignets, and the amount of powdered sugar is looking like they're just watching out for my diet... 🙈 These are VERY comparable to Cafe Du Monde beignets. Inside is airy, light, and fluffy, not one dense bite. I don't eat a ton of sweets, so to me, it had the perfect amount of powdered sugar. I highly recommend eating it fresh.

My husband and I also enjoy their breakfast sandwiches, it doesn't taste like pre-made fast food, or frozen reheated sandwiches. They're a good size and taste great!! Overall, we frequent here at least twice a week, one of our...

It was my first time being here. My daughter and I walked in and we waited a few minutes no problem, then someone poked their head out from the back and said they'd be with us in a minute, again, ok no problem, a few more minutes go by, they come out and loudly ask if we are ready to order. We looked at the menu again and were trying to make a final decision when they decided to say they'll be back and proceeded to go back into the kitchen to keep doing dishes. Anyway, we end up rushing to order once we do because the person waiting on us seems impatient, overly loud and like we are taking too much time when they've got things to do. We then proceed to wait while they take another order and another employee comes in. That employee is trying to tell them something and they get loud with her and tell her "I need to to speak louder if youre going to expect me to hear you" then barks out orders for her to start working on drinks because they've been doing dishes etc for them to come in. Our drinks were terrible to top it all off, I don't know if something was off with the milk or if it was simply that this employee was too busy worried about everything else but customer service and making drinks with care. If this is standard I definitely will...
