Located at the intersection of East Ridgewood Avenue and Maple Avenue is a dessert shop specializing in gourmet cookies.

With such a large variety of cookies offered, the only difficulty I had was selecting six because I wanted to explore them all.

As I opened the box, I was in awe as to how gigantic they truly were.

Chocolate Chip: The original flavor has and will always be my personal favorite. As you can see, it is packed with dark chocolate chip morsels.

Cookies N Cream Cheesecake: If you are looking for the perfect variation of a sugar cookie, you’ve found it. This highlight of this masterpiece is the shot of sweet cream cheese infused in its center.

Confetti: This other version of the sugar cookie is loaded with sprinkles. It has a rainbow-like appearance.

Rocky Road: This ice cream inspired cookie is loaded with marshmallows and chopped almonds. Think of it as a moist, warm version of the classic treat.

S’mores: Why purchase marshmallow, graham cracker, and chocolate when all you need to do is buy this cookie?

It is identical to the real deal and you will definitely want “s’more.”

Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter: If you are fan of peanut butter cups, you will admire this specialty cookie made with cocoa and packed with peanut butter chips.

Be sure to turn the box on its side and follow the simple instructions about re-heating the cookies in the microwave or oven.

I had a pleasant experience every time I've been here. The cookies for me have always been fresh and delicious.

However, the last one was very off-putting. The service felt discriminatory and condescending. The person serving me was great, as usual, friendly and patient. I was in the MIDDLE of my cookie order, my 6-cookie box was nearly full and I was on my last two cookies, I chose the croissant cookie, 2 of them. Suddenly, a person who came in after me, began his order with a different store member. It was clearly not a pre-order pickup as he didn't get a prepackaged box. His helper suddenly tells my helper, that my two croissant cookies were "meant to be hers" and told her they were already ordered. What? How could they be "claimed" by someone who came after me? I was already in the middle of my order. She then told my helper to take them out of my box, then she condescendingly spoke to me and said, " Sorry, if you come back tomorrow I'll give you one." Give me one?? My helper even looked at me mortified and cringing. I was so offended and taken aback I was frozen and not sure how to react. I'm still offended by the way she handled the whole thing. If anything, offer me a complimentary cookie if there was some mixup that I clearly had no control over. Next, don't ever speak down to a customer like that. The person who spoke that way to me had tattoos all over her arms and if I ever go back I'll directly mention it to the manager. It was a degrading experience. I chose not to make an issue about it in the moment but wish I spoke up more about the way she chose to speak to me about how she chose to steal cookies out of my order. Cookies were good though. honestly I always drive an hour away to any chip city I visit and I was completely disappointed in my visit at the Ridgewood location today. It’s Father’s Day and I seen they had the cannoli on this weeks lineup that’s my dad favorite cookie besides lemon berry and the way that they were frosted today I was a bit disappointed. Any other place I’ve gone too has always been frosted how it is in the picture. I know because I’m a frequent customer. This time it seems they just slabbed a little smear of cannoli cream on to a big cookie when honestly that’s what makes the cookie to begin with the topping on top. I’m sad because I drove an hour away for those and all of them are frosted the same not enough frosting like they normally put. Disappointed.
