Hardee’s — Restaurant in Ringgold

Today, 8/1/2017 My family and I had one of the most obnoxious and rudest experiences ever in this Hardees restaurant and I how never to eat there again. My 18 year old daughter's chicken tenders were stringy and filled with grissle and tendons, I can understand this because the meat is already breaded and can't be checked but the behavior of the stall was absolutely intolerable and poor. When my wife and I approached the shift manager, she grabbed the meals since my burger was wrong as well and slammed them into a garbage can. I received my burger but the chicken took too long to cook and she was no longer hungry. She went back and asked the shift manager for a to go bag and the woman proceeded to ask "What the f'#% else did she want?" Then the entire staff started to laugh about this. When we were informed of this, we immediately asked to speak to the shift manager with the potty mouth. She would not come out of the office until we loudly announced we were not leaving until we spoke to her about her lack of customer service skills. She then went into the kitchen and proceeded to shout "I will remake her Frisco burger!" We told her we didn't need it remade but wanted to talk to her about her and her staff's behavior all the while her staff laughed and joked about it. I told them in no uncertain terms that they would never make it in the business world acting like this and we told the manager she was setting her staff's behavior by her actions of cussing around customers and acting childish. We asked for the owner's phone number and the manager was so scared, she sent a staff member out saying she was too busy. I love Hardees food but will never eat there again in...

So, I visit here on Sunday March 5th. We walk in and never once did the kid behind the counter look at us or even greet us until we got right up on him , waited, and spoke first. Easily about a 15 second interaction before he "cared." We ordered, I had tenders and onion rings, my wife had a burger and fries combo. Immediately they prepared the fries and sat them to the side, about 4 minutes later they slide the burger in the slot. I wait about 4 more minutes and the young man says, your chicken will be ready shortly, about that time I see the cook actually start the "hand battering process" and then he drops them in the oil. So, I decided to ask for the order that was already ready as I just saw him "drop" the chicken. I get the burger and fries and take them to my wife, by now the fries had been sitting and waiting and absolutely not to be served and she started eating, about 5 minutes into her meal my cold onion rings arrived with super hot chicken fingers. Overall, HORRIBLE CUSTOM SERVICE. It is absolutely free to speak and greet people, at the very minimum follow the script that is given in the hiring/training process. The food was just ok.... But would have been amazing with just a little better timing.... At the end of the day, this is the price you pay when you hire to fill a position instead of hiring to grow your business and increase customer...

My boyfriend came through the drive through ordered for himself my sister and I then got home & realized he didn’t get any of my food, went to check the receipt and it was the wrong receipt in the bag saying he had ordered some cinnamon rolls and other things. I told him to go ahead and eat what he got so his food wasn’t cold by the time he got back and to just take that receipt and show them the bank statement on his phone and let them know they forgot the large hashbrown and my chicken biscuit. We’ll be gets there and the workers were meddling about so he waited and waited to let somone know and when the woman finally comes to talk to him she tells him well we can’t find a charge for that amount you’re saying you paid and since you don’t have the receipt we can’t do anything about it. I just don’t understand how he ended up with somone else’s receipt and missing multiple items and shows you his actual bank statement and you tell him oh sorry nothing to be done about it. He ended up just buying me another meal but I’m sorry I’m sure it’s crazy in there as it’s a Sunday but to mess up someone’s order and they show you proof of purchase I feel like they should have just done...
