Should've known better by their recent reviews.... but here goes. In from out of town for a softball tournament. My son wanted Pizza Hut for his "Birthday Lunch". Ordered online, and went inside to pick up. The music coming from the kitchen was ridiculously loud, and profane. Received my food 15 minutes past the quoted pick up time. Went back to the hotel to discover the pasta I ordered had literally 10 noodles in it. It was if they had spilled it, but packaged it up anyway. I closed it up and walked back to the restaurant. I asked to speak to the manager. Showed him the pasta and asked him if he thought that was an acceptable portion. He accused me of eating some, and then bringing it back. He stated it didn't look like that when I sent it out. After going back and forth with him 3 or 4 times he asked, "what do you want me to do about it"? I asked that he remake it. He said "fine, 15 minutes". I waited, it came out fairly quickly, and he asked me sarcastically "to look at it and make sure it was good enough". I thanked him for making it correctly and suggested he take his job more seriously, because their reviews are horrific. He dismissed me by saying "have a nice day" every time I stopped speaking. Everything about this experience was poor, shut the place down of you can't find employees that are willing to provide quality. My advice? Hit Little Cesar's down the street, hopefully your experience...
Read moreWe love Pizza Hut - the prices are decent for carry out, it’s good pizza, and it’s usually pretty quick. But tonight we called at 9 after the online system giving us an error and they told us the system was down and to try back in ten or so minutes. We wait a while and call, and get the same line about trying back. An hour later, we call and place an order with someone. They make no mention of any trouble. We are on our way there and get a call to advise they can’t make our order and to try back again later.
What is out of their control is if the power is down or whatever was wrong. But if that’s the case, DONT TELL US TO TRY BACK IN TEN MINUTES. We could have made other plans the first 3 times if you had just been up front with us about your problems. I went on to advise her of this and the woman hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional. She did not apologize, she did not offer us a future order discount, SHE HUNG UP.

Read moreTerrible service and overall vibes. Management, please advise. 11/11/22 at around 8:25pm, I walked into the restaurant. Waited about 5 minutes to be told to sit where I wanted. There was at the time only 2 tables being served, they already had their drinks and food. I waited over 15 minutes, the waitress walked by me numerous times, never asked what I wanted to drink, nor give me a menu, I counted exactly 5 times she walked right by me and never even acknowledged me, or saying anything. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting at least to be asked for a drink or menu, I walk up to leave. She smiles and laughs when I walk off, like that was what she wanted. This is completely unprofessional, nor acceptable. As I'm walking out in the parking lot, there is also 3 more employees over at vehicle smoking. The restaurant was not busy, there is obviously a lack of training, and this needs to be addressed. No friendly smiles, no welcoming vibes, it was like I was a burden for walking in wanting to...
