I really thought his place would have been great for me and my mother to try... oh boy was I wrong, the omelettes wasn't good by any means mine was half way cold and in both of our omelettes our ham was cold and had the weirdest flavor to it. Not to mention bot of our hashbrowns came out super mushy and yet again mine was cold.. I didn't even bother eating mine. This was soo disappointing I would have rather went to the waffle house down the road and have gotten way better and cheaper food, at least then my hashbrowns and eggs would have been hot and fresh and tasted right ✅️. The Atmosphere was okay there were some nice seating areas out in the front but and even this nice little nook area we watened to sit at. Mind you where are the only people in there at the moment but got told no...that wasn't a big deal at all but they sat you in a back area that was pretty cold and as where waiting for our food It came very apparent that they sat your back there so they could lounge, laugh an mingle around in the front middle area. I get slow days can be boring but this is also a restaurant not your living room! And don't get me started on there very watery frappe that tasted like awful sugar water the first time and second time they remade it. This place is overpriced and degusting i don't even know how they even have the reviews they have in all honesty. I even had to stop writing this review to get new food down the road... Coming here was a mistake I...
Read moreI’ve been a regular at Roadside Cafe for a while now, and it’s hands-down one of my favorite spots in town. The food here is consistently delicious—whether you’re grabbing breakfast or lunch, they never disappoint. The menu has something for everyone, and every dish I’ve tried has been packed with flavor and made with care.
The service is another reason I keep coming back. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel right at home. They’re quick without rushing you, which is a perfect balance. And the atmosphere? It’s very cozy—great for a solo meal or catching up with friends. It’s got this welcoming vibe that’s hard to find at most other places.
One standout feature is their coffee. You’re not stuck with the watered-down American drip you’d get at some gas station or other local joints. Here, they serve up Starbucks-quality brews—rich, bold, and exactly what I need to kickstart my day. It’s a game-changer and sets Roadside Cafe apart from the rest. It's worth coming just for the coffee. If you haven’t checked this place out yet, do yourself a favor and stop by—you won’t be...
Read moreDisgusting food and rude service. The waitress was too busy talking to get our refills. The ranch was watered down, the chicken salad sandwich was terrible. The hours on their menu stated that the place closed at 3 although google stated 7. My husband simply asked the owner if it was still ok for my family to dine in and said he didn’t want to hold anyone up because we never want to be the last minute customers at a restaurant. She said no, we close at 7 and she literally shooed him away with her hands and told him to go back to his table and wait on the server. He didn’t tell me about this until after we left otherwise we would have never even eaten there and I would have absolutely said something to the owner once my kids were in the car. We won’t be back and we were excited to frequent this place because we’ve heard great things but apparently this wasn’t the case today. How you treat people really matters…especially when your...
