I have been going to this place for awhile, I always order mango habanero wings, I know crazy chicken wings from a Mexican restaurant, but they are some of the best wings I have ever had. Tonight totally different story, I called in the order for two orders of mango habanero wings, I was told it would be about 15 mins. I arrived around 20 mins after placing the order to find they only prepared one order, they told me they could make the other order and it would take about 5 mins(of course the order they had already prepared are just sitting there getting cold) I ended up waiting more than 10 mins for them to then get home to find one order had 8 wings(7 drums 1 flat) the other 5 (3 drums 2 flats) and they were only mango no heat at all. I called them and asked how many wings are supposed to be in each order( it has always been 8) to be told there is supposed to be 6 per order then I asked if there is a certain way I'm supposed to order the mango habanero wings to make sure that's what I get, the lady on the phone seemed frustrated with me as I explained to her that what I got was Mango wings no habanero. So she asked if I actually ordered mango habanero as if I was the one in the wrong. I replied with yes I ordered mango habanero it's what I always order she then said maybe the girl rung it up wrong because they have two sauces mango and mango habanero and said she would tell her to make sure to ring it in right next time. Not once was there an offer to replace them with what I ordered or anything. They definitely need to work on a few things I'm not sure what has happened and why it doesn't seem to be the same as it used to be, but their customer service is awful not just on the phone but in person as well. When I got there, there were 3 girls at the register all of which were confused when I requested the two orders of wings I ordered and there was only one, not to mention one of them walking around with a sucker in her mouth which just doesn't seem sanitary, I myself have worked in a few restaurants and that would have never been allowed. It will definitely be awhile before I go back...

🚨 WARNING: Avoid at all costs! 🚨 My latest visit to this establishment was nothing short of a disaster, marking a staggering decline from what it once was. El Trio #2 is superior in every conceivable way.

Here’s the hard truth: this place is the epitome of neglect and disrespect. Stepping into the restaurant, you're greeted not by smiles, but by a grimy, roach-infested environment. It’s appalling that they serve food in these conditions. Clearly, health standards are a foreign concept here.

The real frustration began when our order was botched – a simple chimichanga fiesta and pollo con arroz turned into an unsolicited surprise. Despite our polite requests for correction, backed by our receipt, the staff had the audacity to gaslight us, insisting we were mistaken. How can you argue with a printed receipt?

This wasn't just a minor oversight; it's a testament to over a decade of declining standards and a complete disregard for customer service. The once bright atmosphere and tasty food have deteriorated beyond recognition. With numerous authentic eateries around that truly value customer satisfaction, spending your hard-earned money here would be a regrettable mistake.

Do yourself a favor and bypass this trainwreck of a restaurant. For those seeking a pleasant dining experience, you won't find it here. Save your appetite – and...

Had the worst experience ever. I ordered online and got there only to be told that the printer was out of paper. The young woman who later identified herself as the manager treated me as if I should have known that they couldn't take online orders. She went and had the kitchen make my food and it took an additional 25 mins. I took my food and went out to my car only to notice that cheese dip was turned upside down in the bag and had leaked all over me and my leather seat. I went back in had to wait another 5-10 minutes of people staring at me and offering no assistance before the manager came back. I gave her my food and she took it back and again another 10 minute wait. When she came back I was upset. I asked for compensation since I'd waited as long as I had and my clothes and car were covered in cheese. She said they don't give refunds and I got my food. She was rude in front of a room of 7/8 people waiting to be seated just staring at me. I told her it was all over my seat and she just treated me like she didn't care. To her she gave me food and I paid so she washed her hands of the situation. I asked to be called by the owner and no one bothered. Now I have a ruined jacket and discolored seat and no call or refund. Don't waste your money here they care nothing for...

Its an interesting place. The building looks like it was once a mini mansion or something. Its easily big enough to get lost in. The food was OK. The salsa was good, the chips were thicker and warm. My friend said they were burned, but I didn't notice anything. I ordered some chunky guacamole, and it was OK. I also ordered some fajitas and it was unique. Ive never seen carrots and squash added to a dish. The squash is nice, but im not so sure about the carrots. Generally though, everything food wise was just OK. Nothing popped out as great, but nothing was terrible either. Just average. The service was good. Our server got things as soon as we asked for them without waiting long. I'd come if I needed and it was easy, but there are better options, including another mexican place literally 0.1 miles away from this one.

My Chimichanga with steak was perfectly spiced for me! I like spicy but not uncomfortably hot. The salad was crisp, the rice was done to perfection and wonderfully spicy. The beans were very tasty and had a nice consistency and again nicely spiced. The steak in it was very tender and cooked to absolute perfection. It was flavorful and just melted in my mouth. They have excellent cooks at this place, and I told our server to please lavish them with a lot of praise because they outdid themselves. I have never had such a tasty meal at a Mexican restaurant ever. Absolute best fried ice cream I've ever had, and it was the first time the server made it!
