Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ringgold

Changing my review from 3 stars and saying it depends on shift. Bc this is outrageous. This is the 2nd time this has happened where I've bought 4 soft and 4 hard and didn't receive all of them & I'm told I can't prove I didn't eat it. I am literally next door. But that's whatever, I should've counted when I got my bag. It's the freaking quality. DISGUSTING. Shells are so old they're chewy and some wouldn't break without actual force. My lettuce was old and brown in areas. Barely any Cheese. An overload of sour cream on some and barely any on others. I wanted no Tomatoes, I got none but my husband's 3 (should've been 4) soft tacos had a CRAP TON of them like they put what would've been mine on his . The uneven amount of ingredients compared to the Tomatoes on his was insane. He got light lettuce so ofcourse mine was overloaded. The hard Shell tacos were all broken in pieces bc they stick to the damn wrapping even tho it took me less than 2 min to get back to the hotel and open them. Cold and disgusting I ate barely a full taco out of 4 bc they were so nasty.. ridiculous. Third shift needs to get their crap...

My boyfriend & I frequent this specific Taco Bell. They always get our order right, even the little things. (No lettuce, no sauce, extra cheese, etc.) They are always SOOO busy! Most of the time there are cars lined to the road, but I have never had to wait long, they are always on top of it. I have never had any problems until last night. I had ordered some cinnamon twists (which are my favorite) and when I went to pull out of the parking lot I noticed they had left them out. The lobby was closed due to it being midnight, so I circled back around to the drive thru, the guy said he had noticed they left them out as I pulled away, then preceded to tell me to pull to the window. I got to the window where he continued to apologize to me. I told him it was no big deal, they’re just my favorite or I wouldn’t have circled around. He then gave me several orders of them and said it was on them for the mistake they had made. Went threw to get dinner for me and my family. We don't eat out much. I cook alot at home. I work for doordash, and uber, so I was tired tonight and decided to grab tocobell. Well morning staff is always very friendly, great customer service. Evening not so much dude scremed threw the box at me and would barely let me finish ordering, dude with long hair, young really rude. He just threw the things in the bag, didn't care and we also had missing items. Other dude was very mad that doordash orders where coming threw. I understand yall get swamped, but no excuse for how I was treated. So I told the dude hey I work for them. He looked at me and just threw 30 packets of sauce in the bag and handed it to me. While handing me the drinks, I told him to make sure the drinks were marked because my husband is Diabetic and only drinks zero sugar. He was not happy, because dude with long hair did not even do zero sugar. To say they were rude and did not care.
