Krystal — Restaurant in Ringgold

I have been a life long customer of Krystal at many locations. For years I have sang the praises of the Krystal chain, until last night at which time I now have a change of heart. Never have I ever been treated so rudely and received such poor quality food at any Krystal. I will never return to another Krystal as long as I live. Last night at 11:37 p.m. I arrived at the Krystal on Alabama Hwy in Ringgold Georgia, I was the only customer in the drive thru. After a few minutes a lady's voice came across the speaker asking for my order, I promptly began placing my order. Three chili cheese pup, seven Krystal cheese burgers and before I could finish my order I was interrupted by the lady who told me it would take 15 minutes for those to cook I responded that would be okay at which point she replied in a hateful tone "Fine!" I tried to complete my order but she had turned the Mic off. So I waited till she realized I was still waiting and she came back on with another offensive tone of "Yes!" where I said I hadn't completed my order at which pointed I said I needed 2 medium fries. "Drive around" was her sharp toned reply. I waited at the window for 10 minutes until she opened the window and stated my total of 19.99 at which point I handed her my 20, she shut the window without a thank you. I waited another 23 minutes for my food at that point I asked if there was any type of dessert available and was met with yet another sharp toned "No!". I then went home less than five minutes away, where upon I tried to eat my food only to find it uneatable. Sure the Krystal's were hot but the fries and cheese pups wasn't. I have never filed a complaint on anyone until now and I feel I have to so others won't have to be subjected to such treatment. Ok I just got home I had ordered 2 pick 5 meals both were 4 cheese krystals and 1 chili cheese pup, I also ordered 2 hangover krystals. When I arrived the lady told me they aren't selling the hangovers yet, they start next week. she said instead of the 2 hangover krystals I'm going to give you ten krystals. I was like ok I was thinking 10 Xtra krystals besides what I ordered. I would just give them to other family members. She gives me a bag and sends me on my way. I get home, all I have is 10 cheese krystals. I don't have any chili cheese pups. I got to doing math I paid $8 for 2 cheese krystals, which would normally be $4. I also didn't get my chili cheese pups. So pretty much I got charged $10 extra for the food I got. This is not the first or second time this has happened. I will say the people do seem to be a bit better, but the math and correct order is not adding up. Think I am done...

If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a 24 pack combo with no pickles. We waited in line for quite a while and didn’t mind because we THOUGHT the food would be fresh. They give us our food and half of the Krystal’s had pickles and our fries were cold which wasn’t the main issue… It was the fact that they gave us half RAW half old Krystal’s. They were so old the onions were shriveled & brown and there was an indention on the bun where the patty was sitting. My boyfriend went inside and asked for our money back and they didn’t even question why. They already knew. While we were waiting for our money back we watched them scrape onions off pre-made Krystal’s to give to the next people who I’m assuming asked for no onions. I really hope a manager takes care of this because stuff like that is what can make people...
