On Sunday Feb.21,2016 again i waited for 2 fountain drinks.This time i waited 18minutes on 2 route 44oz fountain cokes and the time before this i waited in line just under 30mins.Never again,i will just drive to the Ft.Oglethorpe location from now on.I want to address something Mathew Gutherie mentioned that the place "has mostly new management" blah blah blah...not an excuse buddy.I have been in management with different fast food companies throughout my life and i KNOW that every place i have ever worked there is a management training program and most of the time that person is not left to run or manage a shif by themselves until they are comfortable and confident they can handle it and the work load so you are giving nothing but excuses and the bit about the menu boards is just another excuse.A reality check would be to hire and train people who actually want the job to gain leadership abilities to advance even higher in the company or even another company and to stop training the "kids" from within who say they would do a great job but you know yourself that all they want is the pay raise that comes with it...have witnessed this too many times with people in my past work force.I DO plan on contacting the home office about this location because it has only taken 2 times with me but others i know it has happened to much more than that.I'm sure the sales are down..as a matter of fact i'm most...
Read moreThis had to be the worst experience at a Sonic ever! Waited for about two minutes before I was asked to “hold on “ from the drive thru attendant. I ordered two toaster combos and a breakfast burrito combo. I was told I couldn’t order small combos they had to be medium or larger. Pulled up to the window and waited 5 minutes before the cashier took my debit card. And another 3-4 before I got it back. It was apparent loud music was playing In the background and it wasn’t family appropriate because of language.
I made the mistake of not checking my food until I got home. The tater tots were fried in old, burnt oil and the toast was also burnt. The breakfast burrito was NOT WORTH IT... it was smaller than the sausage burrito from McDonald’s. I immediately drove back for a refund. The manager seemed oblivious and had a fake friendly attitude. It didn’t seem like he cared that his store was a wreck and they had put out horrible quality product.
The outside appearance is rough and unkept. I should have seen the outside would reflect the food quality and overall value. I will not be back to this Sonic until changes are made to...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible. I ordered 3 drinks. Two soft drink with added flavors (vanilla and cherry) and then one lemonade cream cooler. Placed my order at 10 pm sitting in the stall. After 35 MINUTES I pulled to the drive through speaker where I was asked if I had an order headed and was then asked to pull to the window. Once at the window all I got was “I’m sorry” not a reason of why it took over 30 minutes for 3 drinks. What was even better was watching a car that ordered two full meals with drinks come and go while I was waiting plus the 6 cars they serviced coming through the drive thru. The cherry on top was watching the workers laugh and have a great time will people were still waiting for their orders. Will not ever be returning to this sonic ever again. Another complaint is that their speaker box for the drive through looks like it got ran over by a truck. Oh and just fyi if you want to call in to try and figure out what’s wrong with your order…. Good luck cause the number that’s on google and in the sonic app don’t work. Worst everything. If I could give this negative review or a 0...
