Previous Review that no longer applies: This Subway has always been good and seems to be clean. I enjoy it.
Edited review: I am removing my 5 star review to a 1 star. Most of this is based on customer service and my last 4 visits. Information for anyone who is interested, The Subway on battlefield parkway next to Baskin-Robbins is superb! Always wonderful when I go. I will no longer be returning to the Ringgold Subway as I find that they must have very poor management at this point. It would be great to be able to actually know who the manager is or who owns the store but apparently it's difficult information to pass on.
*My last visit we received a sandwich with stale bread and it was completely inedible. It was very hard, disintegrated, and tastes terrible. They should never have allowed that bread to be used and I should never have to pay what I pay for a sub sandwich to have it like that. I did call the Subway to politely let them know and response was very unfriendly and no apology. Based off the food and then the customer service, I asked to speak to the manager and they said the manager wouldn't be there for a few days so I asked who the store manager was and they didn't know.
**A previous order before, I had made a mobile order and waited the appropriate amount of time to not have it ready. As the person said they would get to it (on the phone with no customers in the store as the time) I waited a few minutes and then a line ended up building with four new customers that came in. They waited while worker was on phone and then she started to take their orders and I finally said "look I made a mobile order I've been waiting 40 minutes do I have to get in line and just order?" I ended up being in their another extra 30 minutes before I got an order.
**There is a short-haired woman and a taller woman who are very unfriendly when you are there. I have experienced them on a couple occasions and have been very agitated when I left due to how unpleasant they are. There was one dark haired man, I saw him interacting with another customer and he seemed very friendly.
It seems as if management is never there and a store owner is obsolete as no one knows who they are. I hope the subway can eventually do better.

Read moreGot a Buffalo chicken sub, blt sub, and a steak and cheese sub. Cashier had an awful attitude and made sure to inform the whole dining room that she was six minutes past her shift and she was upset about it. She was very aggressive in her body language and actions, slamming my sub down and saying “anything else?” I got a few onions in with my blt I asked to be taken out and she slammed the sub shut and started cutting it instead after putting massive amounts of lettuce and three quarter sized tomato’s. Same with the Buffalo chicken sub. Ranch was forgotten on the steak and cheese and she would not give me a packet or cup on the side instead either. Overall attitude was harsh and very abrasive. Walked in around 6:15pm on 10/20/19 and employee behind counter was working on what I guess was a call in order. He kept looking at a printed ticket. In the minute and a half I waited, he never acknowledged me, barely looked at me, or even seemed to be interested I was there. If he would had simply said, "give me a minute I'm in the middle of an order and I'll be with you shortly", I would have been totally fine with that. Employee never spoke a word.
Even when I left and came back in to take a picture of the operator information....... Crickets...
