Arby's — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

This place has the worst management and employees I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I went there on a Friday evening at 8:30. I ordered a combo meal and had them swap out the drink for a jamocha shake. There was nobody in the drive thru line and like 3 cars in the parking lot. First thing I hear is "Welcome to Arby's, I'll be right back." So a few minutes pass and finally the Arby's girl comes back and says "Anything else?" I am now wondering if this girl is high or what. So I say "I haven't ordered anything yet."

So I finally get my order in with her and I go around to the window. I give her my card for payment. After waiting for a few minutes, the girl comes back and says "We are out of ice cream for the shake." It is 8:30 pm on a Friday evening, and they are out of shakes?? Okay whatever, so I ask for a coke instead. I wait another few minutes, and they finally give me my food and drink. At this time I notice that there is no ice in my Coke. I ask about this, and the drive thru girl says "We ran out of ice." So I tell her that it is absolutely ridiculous that they have no shakes AND no ice for their drinks! Drive thru girl agrees with me, and then proceeds to complain that she doesn't make enough money there. I can't imagine why.

I then ask if they will be refunding the price difference between the shake and the coke? The girl then grabs my receipt and is gone for about ten minutes. Meanwhile my food is getting cold (except for my Coke, which was still luke warm).

This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had. They should fire this drive thru girl and then seriously consider just shutting this place down if this is the best...

The worst service I’ve received in a long time had to go back in from the drive through, was missing two sandwiches associate claimed they were in the bag I brought everything in sandwich was missed marked and incorrect. It was just a regular beef sandwich with cheddar so then they proceeded to make the sandwiches because the other one claimed she already made it then the two girls got in a little argument and finally about 5 to 10 minutes later got my sandwiches and that’s literally how long it took her to make it, and all the other kids were prancing around, walking back-and-forth acting like all they were hanging out at someone’s house and not working absolutely worst horrible service! Will never ever go back!! There’s no urgency there they don’t care they walk back-and-forth just chitchatting instead of someone on the fri station while the other ones making the sandwiches and the person bagging all the food is running back-and-forth, making the fries instead of directing the teammates to do their jobs and complaining about getting out late. Placed my order about 8 PM an online confirmed it would be ready within five minutes. We got there and it was still not ready which is understandable because the order was big but we did not leave until after 9 o’clock. Didn’t notice the fries until we got home but paid for larges and they were filled like smalls also cold and nasty!! I went two weeks ago on Friday and got the fish sandwich. I went through the drive-thru and asked for NO sauce.They replied on both sandwiches I said NO sauce, I got the sandwiches they both had tartar sauce on them. I just came from a doctor's appointment and was frazzled needed food and did not want to fight the traffic so I wiped off the sauce and ate it. The sauce makes it soggy I should have complained but didn't because the fish sandwich is so worth it! Don't get the sauces,I told my parents and this week Friday they went and got the fish sandwiches.They went inside and ask for everything separate! The fish sandwich is so worth it!
