Do not work here! They take advantage and do not pay their employees fairly! Please do not support Blakeās ! They lied multiple times of what they would pay and they do not treat their employees fairly. I was very patient waiting for them to fix my rate and when I made the decision to leave the District manager Omar very RUDELY slammed the door behind my back. Also tried accusing other employees and myself of a situation we had no part of. They will not give raises for as long as they can. Training is poorly handled and they are always short handed because they do not want to pay people! Iāve seen multiple people come in for applications! They will have their employees work more positions than they are paid ! this just results in poor quality of service ! Multiple Blakeās are always understaffed and they do not pay their employees what they should when they are doing the hard work and extra! One person should not have to make 50 orders by themselves and get paid the least from others Or not get what they should. Other employees have been told to keep their rate to themselves so others do not complain of their pay ! There is poor communication. Iāve witnessed them use old bacon and they always warm up the breakfast leftovers from the morning before (not so fresh to order) they have used expired milk and coffee used in their iced coffee multiple times. Management is poor and they could care less about their employees! Please do not work here! Honest truth they will take advantage especially the younger people that is why many teenagers work there. They deserve better! Do better Blakeās. My friend started their first fast food job there and it was the worst experience for them! They expect you to know everything and do it on your own without proper training!. This is from personal experience and it is my opinion but I have also heard from others how unfairly they are treated as well and itās worse when itās their source of income and they have to put up with this poorly managed...

Today we went to the Blakeās on I set and Southern. After 28 minutes of waiting, parking and watching other cars park, get their food, others getting their food without having to pull over and wait I go in to find out where our order is. Nobody acknowledges me so I wait. After a few minute o ask to speak to the manager. The person tells me the manager is in the office. I tell the person Iād like to speak to the manager, that weāve been waiting 28 minutes at that point and that we love Blakeās but it seems every time we come there it takes so long. The person told me all she does is fries, they are short staffed and that she couldnāt help me. I waited, she didnāt get the manager.
Frustrated I walked out to my car where my husband was waiting, saw the guy who was bringing out bags to cars and asked if he delivered to us and he said yes, he just brought it. I said this is crazy, weāve waited over 30 minutes and he said, āwhatever ladyā. Really? When people are trying to support local businesses this is how weāre treated.
Iāll never give any Blakeās a dime of my money, I am posting this on my social media page where I have 100k followers and whatever happens to them and their business is what they deserve if this is how theyāre going to treat their customers, especially those who have supported them for at 30 years.
BTW, they didnāt give us our correct order only giving us one burger instead of two and the burger wasnāt what we ordered. Good...

But I have now noticed that A. when I arrive at the drive threw menue screen, I expect to have a minute or two of waiting to being my order, but it's getting up to like 5-6 minutes, and then I'm welcomed and then process begins. B. as I pull forward to pay for my order, I do not get greeted and have my payment taken etc. Apon my arrival at the window, I wait for 10minutes as the employees are right in front of the window talking and joking as I am waiting to finish my ordering process. Then after someone finally decides to help the costumer with the payment process and drink receiving, i am then encouraged to pull forward and wait another 20 minutes. I understand that there are areas of improvement, but i don't feel like a "wanted costumer", i honsetly stay and deal with the process due to the food. And even when I do I get the 20$ meal, I don't have condiments or napkins, and for the most of the time there is a lack of detail to small things such as "no ketchup" or please "add double meat". I feel like we can do so much more with the time we are waisting fooling around. It is my opinion and my observations. Js. Amd i am aware that if i am unhappy I can take my business elsewhere, but I shouldn't have to beg for excellence and good...
