I hate coming here as a doordasher which is never why I will never come here as a customer.
Everytime I come in this place I am ignored. There are a lot of customers in there who are either straight up leaving before they are even helped or they are upset the store is out of everything they want. Your sales are basically walking out the door with your angry customers.
I went in there last night for a Doordash and stood there for a good 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged the fact I was there only to be told they were out of everything the customer has ordered. Which messes with my money and my metrics. Going there for orders 4/5 times literally just wastes my time. The store is just a bunch of kids fumbling around. They honestly don't care if the store is making money or not. I am sure all they care about is their hours.
I even did a double dash where I had picked up an order for one of the employees there while I was waiting for them, their food literally sat for 20 minutes in my car. Finally pick up the ice cream and I end up back in there to bring them food after droves of people walked out for not getting any service.
I see obviously someone is responding to all the bad reviews which there are a lot. Is this problem actually going to get fixed? Is this the kind of culture stone cold has as a company? The...
Read more-5 stars. I’m really upset. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 “love it” sizes with one mix in, on Door Dash from this location. Being door dash, it was over 20$ for 2 love it sizes. So we spent a lot of money for 2 ice creams.. When it arrived, my boyfriends order was full and the right amount for a “love it” size. Mine, however, was not even half full! There was so much empty space in the container and just a small blob of ice cream in the middle. Almost like they purposely did it to make me mad. It was seriously pathetic. I’d be willing to say it wasn’t EVEN a “like it” amount of ice cream!! So I ordered a “love it” and didn’t EVEN GET a “like it” amount! I’ve gotten love it sizes before and I know how much they usually put. Plus, my boyfriends order was a full love it size. If there was an issue, like they didn’t have enough of the ice cream flavor I ordered, they could have called and I would have been fine with changing my flavor, if it meant I got a full order of ice cream! There was so much empty space in the cup it was a joke and I’m really frustrated. On top of that, there was almost none of the mix in that I ordered in my ice cream either. Read moreTonight 5/25/25, myself and my family went into the store around 8:00 pm. When we arrived there were approximately 10 people in front of us. The employee, Lukas, was working hard by himself in the front of the store serving every customer coming through. Several very large families entered in the store and by the time we left my husband counted around 20-25 people in the store waiting in line. Despite this, Lukas continued offering exemplary customer service, and although I’m sure he was stressed with the influx of customers, he continued to be calm and level headed throughout the interactions I witnessed.
It should be noted, there was another female working at the time, but she kept going into the kitchen and what I can only assume was working on online orders or something else and had no interaction with her and she did not display the same amount of customer service Lukas did.
One thing I wish the store would take into consideration is the tip splitting. I would have liked to only tip Lukas for his customer service because again, I did not witness the same quality customer service from the other employee working.
