All I can say is that this location will not be receiving any business from me based on my experience yesterday. I unfortunately placed a mobile order around 7 rather than placing it through the drive-thru since the website and store state that they close at 9. However, when I got to the drive-thru the worker told me that they could not fulfill my food order only the drink order. After telling them that I wanted a refund instead, the worker told me that I could only get a refund through the app (which by the way, the worker claimed she “didn’t know” there was a DD app). Since I made the order online, I wanted the physical copy of the receipt. But when the worker gave it to me, the receipt was folded like it was going in the trash. The worker then proceeded to make a bunch of excuses about how she was new and all the food and donuts were sold out. Then she proceed to explain to me that they stop making food at a certain hour and if I ever wanted to order food from there to order it early in the day, as they do not make food in the afternoon/evening. All I’m saying, is if the workers do not want to make food or are sold out of something, it should be adequately reflected in the app. Especially since most fast food apps will tell you if a certain item is unavailable/sold out. Read moreThis is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to, the guys working there did the best job with what they had available to them but the owner should be ashamed for not providing them with what customers want or crave, I came in at 7pm wanting a chocolate donut and cold nitro brew, all they had were sugar and old fashions for the donut selection, so I skipped on the donut for me and got my kids a couple sugar donuts, then they ran out of nitro cold brew so I settled for the bonfire smore, the coffee was gross and the donuts were stale and hard on the outside, we got our donuts and my coffee and walked out, I drove 5 mins down the road to Krispy Kreme to get my donut and coffee fix and I as pulled into the parking Iot I gave the coffee and donuts from Dunkin to a homeless man. Maybe im spoiled due to having a 24hr Dunkin that was right by my old house and if at 2am I wanted a chocolate donut or the whole menu it was always available, I just moved to Rio Rancho and I wont be coming back to this Dunkin, ever, I now see why this Dunkin has such bad reviews, I just wish I would have checked before going, save yourself the time and headache and drive over to Dutch Bros across the street or drive down to Krispy Kreme, even Smiths has a better donut selection, good thing I paid with...

I know what it is to run a business and the difficulty business owners have in acquiring employees and managers, much less good personnel. Having said that, to hire and keep a bad manager, in spite of MANY MANY bad reviews wherein the manager is criticized and and shown over and over that the manager doesn't seem to care about the products, the employees and, most especially, the customers, is unforgiveable.
Every time I've visited, they never have what I'm looking for. Their selections are few. The coffee is always luke warm at best. The periodic flavor specials are always gone, whether it's in the morning, afternoon or evening. You can tell people are voting with their wallets because the lines are no longer backed up. The last few times I've visited there was nobody in line. Oddly enough, I had to repeat my order 3 times. It's not like they were busy doing multiple things for multiple customers. I was the ONLY customer. Normally, I'd say that's great in terms of expedient service but it seems to have made no difference. They are still painfully slow, sometime rude and unable to provide good and timely service. This location needs a complete overhaul of management and probably a new owner that...
