Federico's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

Horrible!!!!! And now they are charging me $1 for using me debit card, seriously?!?! First, it's the cost of doing business, second, second debit charges are not that much if any at all... The food was cold, undercooked and not edible. They forgot my side of guacamole. When I called the manager was "too busy" to talk to me, so apparently he doesn't care. The staff even agreed he "sucks". And ingot the corporate number, called and left a message and no response. My burrito was cold, the taquitos Were half cooked at best, as well as the chimichanga. One set of tacos were nearly burnt and the other set was way under cooked.. they had the nerve to tell me to drive back... I don't have time and that's not my responsibility... They should check the orders before going out, especially for the drive through. I used to love this place, kit anymore... Going to elsewhere from now on

*So I called corporate, as the employee gave me the number. He agreed his manager "SUCKED" and when I talked to corporate office they were apologetic and said the owner would call me... Still haven't heard back and they never made...

Reasonable prices... Service was friendly but she didn't payed attention to what we asked... WE ORDERED Menudo today, asked for 2 large cups one with more meat and the other one with more hominy (maiz) as less meat as possible, they said OK. We asked for oregano, and for plain bread (they use mayonnaise on in and we don't like it for Menudo and we told them), they said OK. WE GOT, the 2 cups with almost NO hominy at all, 2 breads WITH mayonnaise, CILANTRO, and one one small tiny cup of oregano just barely enough for 2 people, one lime... The order was for a family of 5, not 2.... We had to add the hominy and extra chile for more flavor. Also, it was a bit too greasy... Got said, other times it wasn't that bad.. But seems like they are letting their quality go down little by little... Before it used to be really good in...

From the moment we walked in, this place blew us away. The service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do, and it makes the entire dining experience feel personal and special.
