I'm really disappointed with my visit today. I ordered and paid and then went to the pickup window. I checked my bags and could tell I was being rushed to hurry. They did not add BBQ and sweet and sour sauce for my kids nuggets so I kindly asked for some. The lady put her hand out the window with sauce and before I got grab it, dropped it into my car. I drove away thinking everything was there until I go around the corner and realize they didn't give me the kids McFlurry. Fast forward, I park in the pickup line to ask the next associate that comes out due to not being able to go in. She tells me, "you have to go back through the line.' I told her I paid and I can't wait another 15 mins in line, given it was out of the McDonald's parking lot and 7 (or so) cars deep on the road. She again said rudely, "you have to go through the line. It's at the drive-thru window!" I kindly asked for her to get my ice cream and if she could please bring a manager out, I'd greatly appreciate it. Five minutes later she walks out with my kids McFlurry and takes her time getting to my car. She puts her arm out and literally drops the ice cream in my car! No apology. Nothing. She turned around and walked away. Of course she didn't bring a manager with her so I decided to complain on here. I hardly ever complain. I am a very positive person and am really understanding. Read moreThis has happened twice but today was the worst myself and my granddaughter went through drive thru we were asked to give a min I said ok 3 cars since ordered and went I asked why lady said manager told them to fill inside orders first I said ok but why are others orders being taken if I were here first she tells me that's what manager told her I'm waiting still to give my order and nothing 5 more cars go thru I ask to speak to the manager finally after 20 min they take my order at the window I ask for manager and explain to her what's going on and ask for corporate number she won't give it to me and she then tells me she was the one who told me to hold on in the first place? She lied to me about her manager telling her to not take my order it was her she said sorry ounce this is horrible service this was this morning. Second time I went thru drive thru they said I had to pull up front to wait on fries I waited for almost 5 min my daughter was in line three cars behind and was given her meals with fries when she pulled up and asked what I'm waiting on I told her and she went in and asked for a manager all they could say is sorry this is the only store where I've experienced such horrible service not to mention the numerous times our orders were wrong one time they gave our food to the car in front of us I sure hope the owner sees this post and contacts me because this is...
Read moreI've eaten here since the store opened. The last few times I have been there the food quality and service has been bad. I went there yesterday for breakfast. I ordered a bkfst combo ($6.19), a coffee ($1) and a sausage mcmuffin bundle ($2.50) and the total was over $13.00. When I pointed out the price ($9.69 plus tax), the boy at the counter said it was more because of tax - 4 DOLLARS MORE! I took him through the prices again and he still insisted on the $13.00+ total. I told him to forget it and that I was disappointed at how badly their service had fallen and walked out. In an earlier visit I ordered the oatmeal and when I got it, it was a cup full of water with oatmeal in the bottom. It was like soup. I took it back and they made a new one and it was as bad as the first one. When I took it back they said the machine that made it was broken!!!?? I said forget it and went back to my seat. The Mgr came out and asked if I was OK. I said No and told her why. She asked if I wanted ANOTHER one.
