DO NOT BUY THE CINNABONS HERE! The original Schlotzky's sandwiches are good, they need to stick to that! However, the Cinnabon's are terrible! Don't waste your time or money getting them there. I've had better cinnamon rolls at Walmart. Schlotsky's just tarnished their name in my experience where they are concerned. They should NOT offer Cinnabons if they can't sell the original product. I expect the real and original product if I'm going to pay the price and personal expense to break my diet. They were dry and not enough frosting at that. I feel like I have a blob of dough sitting in the pit of my stomach. I even called the Cinnabon store and they said that outside of their bakery the dough is frozen and can end up being dry if baked too long. And though the girl at Schlotsly's said they put plenty of frosting on them the two we got with bacon barely had any on them. It's a good thing I bought extra containers of frosting at 99 cents a piece or they would have been completely inedible. In addition, I continue to have issues with Rio Ranch businesses in general because business taxes are higher here. I don't know why the taxes are higher here when the city can't even maintain a golf course, country club, streets, medians, etc., etc., etc. I used to be proud to live here but not for a long time now. It's obviously just about the money and the few at the top running this city. It's becoming more and more obvious that they dont really give a damn about Rio Rancho. So as they say on Shark Tank? Read moreGreat sandwiches; horrible customer service. It took two people to take my very simple order (nothing wrong with the comm link, for a change). The first one couldn't process the order of a sandwich with 4 ingredients: Turkey, Cheese, Lettuce and Bun. The second one came on the drive-through speaker with nothing but attitude from the start and told me to not give THEM attitude (without any idea of what had been said). My "attitude" was confusion over them not understanding what I was clearly saying and calmly asking what the problem was. I wish that their drive-through transactions were recorded for management to listen to what transpired. I hope that you can enjoy your experience here without the ignorance and attitude from staff that I was subjected to. As for me, my meal was far less enjoyable due to this team's incompetence and rudeness. The Team Lead needs to go, for lecturing the customer about something she had no knowledge of. The drive-through agent needs more training on taking orders and customer service. If you are in customer service, never (ever) lecture the customer about their attitude (especially when there is only dismay at the incompetence of your own staff). Read moreTotally taking back my previous review after todays experience. Ordered online and they didn't start my order until after I got there 15 minutes later. Then they made it wrong. After they made it wrong it took them over 5 minutes to even restart my order and blamed it on the drive thru being busy. Then the lady making my salad touched another coworker with her gloved hand while making my food. They wasted my entire lunch and I never got any food because I had to ask for my money back... she then had to call someone to even figure that out. She blamed it being busy but confessed to the mystery person on the phone that she had sent the whole crew home early. This was the worst and had to go back to work upset and hungry. I won't be coming here again. The lady at the register with the short curly hair is always nice. Can't say much for anyone else. Still don't see the credit she claimed she gave back to my card. Would love to speak to management. Oh and while i was waiting another lady came in that ordered via phone and said that she was told on the phone they were busy and she would have to wait, they didn't have her order ready either and had a "it's someone else fault" attitude.
