I HAVE NEVER POSTED BUT FEEL THIS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE A TRUE REVIEW FROM AN ONGOING POORLY TREATED CUSTOMER!Product really going down hill. Owner is amazingly rude and has no customer service skills. My juices have slowly been tasting worse and worse. And when you buy a full growler of a product that taste bad and can’t turn around because dying patients are expecting you, naturally you notify the company right. And expect customer service right. Nope. Owner literally said I DONT BELIEVE YOU. YOU GOT THE JUICE TO WARM. WOW. The juice tasted awful when I got it but it stayed in a bath of ice in a freezer bag until it got home. I haven’t had this problem before because I’m not an idiot and the steps I take to ensure it stays icebox cold have always, always been effective up to now. I poured it into my metal cup with ice at my next stop getting gas down the road. So it had no time, nor did it ever become warm. I waited to see if my taste was off just to see. Poured a glass and my husband smelled it and did not drink. Then my autistic son who always always eats the ice from my juices ( mine or the stores) would not even eat the ice. It’s $30 bucks but the principal stands. You are building a business and you have a loyal customer base you treat them like customers or you don’t keep them. Sorry to all those friends that have to see this rant but would appreciate if you all would pass it on. Thank you for your time. Hate someone’s (the owners) behaviors were so poor you have to see this. Also apologies. I will be posting this on multiple platforms. Sorry in advance.

I understand that the cost of everything is going up, but leaving up old pricing and then changing your customers $76 for their 6 pack bundle that you’re clearly still showing for $56 literally on top of the cooler they just pulled their juice out of isn’t cool. Response to own: customer service and transparency to customers matter, you can have the best product in the world but charging customers $20 more at register than what’s clearly marked at fridge 3 feet away, be happy it’s not 1 star! I drove an hour to buy your products for you to not honor clearly advertised prices, I do this often and spend hundreds of dollars a trip but after this experience I will not be back.

I’ve been to squeeze juice several times. I do think it is more expensive than keva. My last visit was just insane. I went right after Valentine’s Day this year and the small smoothie was now priced at $10. I think this is 12 ounces. It was not the larger smoothie. On top of that they don’t list the prices. The worker said that the prices fluctuate by day because they get their fruit from farmers market. I was disappointed to pay almost $30 for 3 small smoothies. I like to know the price in advance not when I order.

Using my wife’s account as I assume this store can search up names at will, and judging from the owners replies to other reviews, I’d prefer not to be shamed. I’d like to start this off by saying that I’ve been here quite a lot in the past few months, I’d say 4-5. Lots of the employees come and go, so consistency isn’t exactly present here. Right now I’ve only seen the same 4 workers interchange, so my review will be based off that.

There’s only been one worker who has stayed the whole time, the boy that works there, might be the manager. not exactly sure of his name. I usually come in the afternoon, and I’ve mostly been served by this boy. He’s very rude, loud (sings a lot with customers inside), and interrupts me or even the other workers while they’re talking. Acai bowls are liquidy I’ve noticed and the store is messier. You can tell he doesn’t care and probably gets off easier, there’s been times I considered to not come back because of this guy’s attitude.

The other workers are okay for the most part. I’ve seen 3 others, all of them girls. I get acai bowls take long, but I’ll be waiting over 5 minutes for one when the store is empty. I’ve seen them grab cranberry bars or monkey balls with no gloves, and not package properly. Music is loud and at times inappropriate, but lately I haven’t noticed it as much. I’m unsure of all the names as the employees don’t have name tags, but they all have different distinctions. For example, there’s a shorter girl with glasses. She’s a sweetheart but I waited over 10 minutes once for her. She was by herself though so can’t judge, you can tell the store is short staffed and the employees are overworked. Great quality smoothie though just need more confidence. There’s a different girl with bright pink hair. Shy and quiet, had to ask her to speak up a couple times, but she’s a total sweetheart and you can tell she loves this job. Bowls are amazing quality, all she needs is more confidence =). Last girl I can’t really describe, but she’s fine too and very nice. Probably my favorite bowls are from her, but I came once before close and she told me she couldn’t make my bowl. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I understand.

I support small businesses 100% but not when they’re overpriced and under-qualified. I will return in the future but not if this continues. There haven’t been many reviews for this place so I thought...

I like Squeezed Juice bar. Each time I visit, I enjoy the choice I've made and always know the ingredients are fresh and organic.

However, the irony of using all disposable cups, straws, bowls, etc., is not lost on me while pushing their freshmade, organic juices. It would be great if Squeezed offered to go or in store options for their drinks. This would make this store top-notch in my book.

The prices are high, but I understand why. This location seems to offer less that their Paseo location, but I haven't visited the Paseo location since 2014. I used to love their Quinoa bowls, which were absent from the RR location.

They used to have a loyalty program, but after getting rid of Belly, I stopped going frequently and haven't been in a few years. It was nice to be rewarded after spending so much money.

Overall, a great place to get a healthy snack or...
