Village Inn — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

We often come to Village Inn as there is always something for everyone. Unfortunately today the kitchen was overwhelmed. The patty melt was almost inedible. The bread was hard and grilled with rancid oil, the onion rings were also very over done. My mom's burger was forgotten and when it did come, it was very thin, small and over cooked. Cooks take NOooooo pride. put out the worst food ever!! Mashed potatoes are hard around edges so dry and gross GRAVY!! SO GOOEY THICKER THA A PUDDING THE SO CALLED TEXAS TOAST IS ONLY GRILLED ON ONE SIDE . VERY LAZY cooks don't care what i order it's alway dicusting !!! But my boss likes it YUCK...

Maybe service is great in house but I have ordered to go twice this week, and it is the worst. Literally the worst. Nothing is complete and they cant be bothered check orderd to include cutlery or anything else. Last time I go there. 3 trips today, had to go back twice, and still not right....
