Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in River Edge

Moe's has a great product, we all know that. Now, I live markedly closer to the route 46 location I found myself at this one as I also needed to go to pet valu and total wines. Wow. I will go out of my way to come back to this location!!

It was super clean. I was greeted before the door even closed behind me. I am a man who requires LOTS of ingredients in my burrito. Even at other Moe's, private mexican restaurants, even when I'm forced to eat the other chains in Qdoba and Chipotle, NO burrito stays together. I counter this by eating it over the chips and making them quasi nachos. No biggie. NOT TODAY MY FRIENDS

This woman made me a whole whest burrito with seasoned rice, cubed chicken, shredded cheese, lettuce, pico, corn salsas cubed chicken, tomatoes, chopped onions, pickled onions, pickled jalepenos, fresh jalepenos, and hot salsa. Not one ingredient fell out while eating.

The salsa area was clean and fully stocked.

The same woman that made my burrito cleaned the entire dining room and asked me how my food was, took my tray when I was done and wished me a happy new yearNew year.

I was sick + hung over + tired and this experience made my day and could not of reasonably been any...

the GM Javier from the river edge location is not only lousy but lies about a Catering order placed a day in advance and does not even deliver the complete order and won't answer the phone. Terrible management

Now the GM is non stop harass calling my personal cellphone telling me he’s not getting fired when that’s not even the case and denied District manager contact information it’s all in recording. Just sad to see those kind of people run business.. poor job as a franchise representative

I just want my food the way I ordered it especially when paying a couple...

I want to start by saying that I love the Moe’s concept. My relatives actually own a few in the Virginia area and do everything I can to support the brand. That said, I have now walked into this location on three separate occasions during peak lunch hours and there has only been one or two people working behind the line and register. The employees who are there working are great but it is simply too slow. Today there was one employee working the line and register with a 8 person line. Unacceptable.
