I have been to a plethera of tobacco stores in my not so old time being around. Moe was great! He was pretty knowledgable about the products he sold, but when not, he was admittingly so and did not beat around the bush about it. He pointed me in the right direction. We all know that the age of smokables is constantly changing so it did not surprise me. The store was well kempt. The products for sale were nothing out of the ordinary. They were not overstocked, where it can be overwhelming to walk in the door; and they were not understocked, where you are dissapointed in the inventory and cant find what you are looking for. Awful customer service, was sold a burnt vape. And was told by employee that because it worked still, it was non refundable. I threw it in the trash on the way out. Many of their items labeled as “deals” end up either being burnt or not working. Personally, I do not recommend going here if you’d like helpful customer service.
