Starbucks — Restaurant in River Forest

I came from the a different Starbucks I had ordered a strawberry açaí, it wasn't made properly. I had left that location so I kindly asked for a remake especially cause it’s a refresher which is really easy. The Asian girl that works at this location, I didn’t get her name , already had an attitude and said I should’ve did that at the location I got it for , so I told her it’s happened to me in the past and no one has ever had an issue with it. She then said their Starbucks isn’t affiliated with the rest. If I was being a difficult customer then I understand not trying to help , I’ve worked in customer service before but that wasn’t how it happened.if people hate their jobs so much then quit....

I have never ever disliked a store for their staffs until I came here. I hope corporate replaces everyone. I came in for a coffee Today and was served by two girls, one short and chubby and the other tall and skinny. Both were so rude, didn't even say hi until I did, it was obvious they were talking about me behind the counter, and they just put the coffee down on the table no eye contact and didn't even say anything??? I'm starting to actually dislike Starbucks. The quality of the drinks is all over the place! It's like each locaction can only make one particular beverage really well, and that drink varies by location. I've had really great strawberry acai with lemonade at one location, went to another and they didn't even carry the lemonade!
