I realize we are in the middle of a pandemic when people are paid more to stay home than they are to work, but the staff here leaves a lot to be desired. You'd be better off staffing your store with a potted plant. I asked a simple question to the gentleman (oops did I assume their gender?) with long hair. He truly had no clue and I'm not even sure the sounds I heard were words. More like grunts. But hey, he was busy cutting and pasting some cute shapes. Why would I expect him to know anything about the items the store sells? it's more important to cut and paste like you're in preschool. Don't bother getting up from your chair. Don't mind me, I just have money I'm trying to give...

Wow some of these reviewers are sad, bitter, ungrateful and ignorant people!

Alex wrapped a present for me. He helped me pick the right supplies and went to work. It was my first time at paper source. He stayed late wrapping my gift even though it was a super busy night. It was the most goregous wrap job I'd ever seen.

The gift was for my patient, she cried as soon as she saw it because it was so beautifully done.

Alex if you are reading this I want you to know she is doing so much better and I thank you for what you did for us!

I will be using this store for all my gift wrapping in the future....

I explained to the person on the phone that I have Autism & have a few questions about the environment of the store. They were extremely helpful even offering particular times it’d be best to come in. They answered all my questions & were very respectful about it. When I arrived at the suggested time, the atmosphere was perfect. Low traffic, lighting isn’t overwhelming and the noise level was comfortable enough to where I didn’t need to use the noise cancelling feature on my headphones.

Will be returning for ALL of my paper related needs!
