Cajun Hibachi & Seafood at Riverdale — Restaurant in Riverdale

It’s definitely not “Hibachi” style food. There’s no grill marks on food nor any indication that this was even cooked on a hot heat plate. The “fried” rice is not fried but rather mushy and soaked in juice. The chicken is seasoned with whatever seasoning and has the texture of baked chicken. The veggies consist of zucchini, broccoli and a few carrots. The corn seemed like it was cooked earlier and sat out under a hot lamp-not made fresh. The “Yum Yum” sauce is some type of gelatin, non-mayonnaise based mixture with an egg like taste. I do not recommend this place at all. A waste of $27 for a “Cajun Hibachi Plate”. I should’ve known not to expect quality considering this location is in some type of ducked off strip mall. I’m sure if this was offered in Japan, it would be considered an insult to...

I was taking a chance on this place since it was convenient but learned a valuable lesson. Food that's convenient is not always good. The portion was the only thing that was ok. I ordered the beef hibachi. It was not hibachi. Instead it was unseasoned beef chunks with a bland sauce on top of rice The 5 vegetables on top were ridiculous for $13.50. This was worse than hospital food. I will continue to shop at H Mart but I will definitely pass on the restaurant food. The 4 and 5 star ratings on here must be fake!!! I will never recommend this...

Decided to try this location as I was in the area on April 20th, 2025, I usually eat from the Howell Mill location as it’s closer to where I usually am. However upon ordering the Cajun Chicken Hibachi Plate, Classic Chicken Hibachi Plate, & 6 piece shrimp w/ 2 fried pieces of whiting I was just incredibly disappointed as it was over seasoned & incredibly salty.
