I go to Dunkin’ Donuts every morning before i go to work. I always order through the mobile app. I order the same thing every day and I specify American cheese and the type of bread I would like. In the last two months they have only gotten my order right twice. I really don’t understand what’s so hard about putting American cheese on a sandwich, Especially if I come there every single day, you would think they know my name by now. I have spoken with 2 different female Managers numerous times about this, they give me a free donut to shut me up and I’ll be right back the next day receiving the wrong sandwich! Clearly nothing is being done about this situation because it’s still currently happening. One time I reminded the manager from the speaker box at the drive-thru about the American cheese and I specifically asked her to check my sandwich and got to the window with white cheese on my sandwich again! I return to Dunkin’ Donuts on May 19th, order through the mobile app, As if I do every day and today the in-store was closed And only the drive-thru is available. This drive-thru always stays busy every day, this is why I order through the mobile app because I’m in a hurry on my way to work. So I can’t wait because I’m going to work, the in-store is close And there’s like 50 cars in the drive-thru. It’s sad because no matter what I do I can never get my food right and this time I just lose my money?? Read moreI have been coming here from day one and left a Positive review at one point. But I had to change it this morning. So I noticed for a few months now that this location has been going down. The new staff they have here are the worst. No personality and disrespectful. They don’t care about giving you great service. This location is supposed to open at 5am Monday-Saturday and Sunday @6 but dam, The morning staff decide to open when they feel like it. This morning o was behind four cars from 4:50 am and we all waited for someone to take out orders in the drive through but no, they turned the lights on after 5 am but never opened . The cars ahead off me all decided to leave after the time was 5:11 am and when it was my turn I had to wait too with no response. I drove to the window and I see two ladies laughing and looking at the video waiting all the cars. I beeped the horn and finally she decided to look at me told me no they are not open! SMH at this time it was like 5:16 am . The point I’m making is the service sucks this place has changed. I know one person won’t make a difference but we shouldn’t deal with this type of service if the staff and the owners don’t care then why should we bother to give you support or money. You have to do better hire people that care and treat them better so they treat your customers good too. Have a staff that will open on time and service. But you lost my business for sure. Read moreI worked for this company for the past 2 months when I started I was 5 months pregnant now I’m 7 months pregnant and when I tell you the absolute worst experience of my life at a job .I put in my 2 week notice and she fired me immediately. I made the manager aware during my interview that I had a high risk pregnancy basically letting her know I had 3 miscarriages before this one successful pregnancy and she still hired me and assured me she would make accommodations for me to be able to work pregnant. DID SHE ? NO NOT AT ALL NOT ONE DAY! I was made to lift ice bins and bend over in the drive through window with the wall pushing into my stomach. The one time I spoke up about not being able to do drive through window because it was causing me pain was the same day the schedule got put out and I literally had 1 day scheduled for 5 hours she later texted me and told me to take the ONE DAY I was scheduled off that she had someone to cover it. Since she constantly discriminated against me while I’m pregnant and working I HAVE FILED A CASE WITH EEOC . She treats employees like we are dogs and gossips to everyone about everybody.
