Can't give less than one star? The customer service was terrible, the lady took orders but did not take care of fulfilin them. She heard people, but left them waiting. There were like 8 staff members and a child behind the counter, the lady took our order, she asked beverage, we ordered waters, asked for carrots and she decided when our food came, she was going to make us wait for the waters. We attempted to wait, we then asked again water please, our food had been delivered 5 mins prior. She said we would need to wait she has drive thru customers. So no carrots, no waters, and there were several unhappy people waiting for their food. The chefs were doing their work, but the lady was skipping a lot of basic customer's needs. It doesn't take much time to get waters or prepped carrots or the bathroom key. Another customer waited so long they instead paid to use the restroom.. and the restroom was a MESS! Read moreI should of gave 0 stars but it won't let me , I go here pretty often about 3 times a week and me and my husband went in for a bite to eat and he had the #2 &I had the chicken quesadilla and everything was fine except for my quesadilla it had a hair in the chicken but that wasn't the problem , the women I addressed she said her name was "rachel" and only offered me 3$ for my food that was only eaten a few bites before finding the hair, she was just really rude and I work in the food industry too and this is not the way to treat a customer especially finding a bio hazard in my food. Read moreFirst time coming to this Alberto’s I’ve been to a couple of them. The cashier did. The drive-through was very rude. I was asking for things regarding my order. They overcharged me on cilantro and onions when I went up to the window give the cashier my card. I asked him for him to repeat the order just to make sure it was correct. Said I was being rude. Continuously argued with me refuse to give me my drink. Had to tap on the window still wouldn’t give me my drink completely ignored me. I was waiting for my food generally when you pay the cashier through a drive-through, they’re supposed to give you a drink and your receipt. He intentionally overcharged me.
