Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Riverside

Made a complaint to corporate twice no call back. Everything was on camera inside and outside of building.

March 18, around 7pm. If I could give no stars, I would. We walk up to get our order, the boy at the counter asked what sauce we wanted. When he went to retrieve the sauce, he dropped one on the floor, picked it up and put it with the others in our bag of food. My husband walked over to the shift supervisor and explained and asked for a refund. She was extremely rude off the bat and she told him no she will remake our order. He said he wanted his money back, she proceeded to tell him no. I stepped in, and gave her the same stink attitude she was giving him, and she said " no I will not give you a refund. If you want one you can come back tomorrow." Reluctantly after going back and fourth she said she would do it. But instead charged us again for our order. Now they have almost 90$ of our money. I went outside and sat in my car while my husband stayed inside. Some blonde lady shows up with a guy, and is talking outside with the rude super from inside. The Girl proceeds to tell the white haired lady how she was nice to us and offered a refund, not knowing I am right there listening to everything she is saying. I then interrupted her lies and told he she was rude from the beginning and didn't want to give us a refund. The white haired lady just said, well I am here now. I dont know what that means since no one told us who they were. The white hair lady was also very rude. Meanwhile one of the boy employees from the kitchen comes out and tells white haired lady to let the "fat a$$ talk." Meaning me. The white haired lady went back inside, meanwhile the boy employee and supervisor stood outside and the boy employee continued to point at me, calling me a fat a$$ and making a fat dance. All of this is on camera. Except when my husband told the white hair lady to look at the cameras she replied, "the cameras are for customers you got your refund so you are no longer one." Supervisor is still standing outside and another employee comes out, another back and fourth, and then the supervisor finally admitted she was being really rude right off the bat. Meanwhile I am sitting in the car and my husband comes out and some random friend or something of an employee is in the car next to me and starts yelling at us and screaming names and saying she knows the people in there and we need to leave. I have never been somewhere where everyone was so disrespectful and rude. I would have given names but no one has name tags and they refused to give them to me. My husband was issued his money back, both transactions, after being there for almost an hour. I guess fat shaming, being rude, yelling at customers and belittling them outside the restaurant is how they run this place. I will not...

My brother and I were seeking bruch for our 90 year old Mother...she requested Popeyes. We were happy to find this not too far from her home since we were from out of town. My brother ordered three meals and two drinks. The food smelled, so good and we were looking forward to eating with our mother. We prepared her food for her, and we sat down to eat, only to find out my brother's shrimp meal was missing. Needless to say, we were very disappointed that we could sit and enjoy our time and meal we our Mother. What made it equally disappointing is my brother called Poyeyes to let them know what happened, and they NEVERED answer the phone after 4four calls!!..It was not busy, because it was after 10 am and when we arrived there was only three customers and three employees....there was no rushing and croweded...so therefore we trustedp the order to be correct. Even though the food] smelled great...it was difficult to enjoy when we all could not eat!...Great clean place just...

So I came and ordered at 10:38 in the morning I was asked to use the kiosk but I told them I was placing two different orders one with cash and one with credit card the cashier was not happy mind u it was only two ppl & they was eating she was rude talking under her breath and shaking her head I left it alone & still ordered so I had to wait 20 mins for the the breast okay no problem i wait the last was in a better mode I guess and gave me my food get home and the food is old like they just reheated it smh and the beans and rice had no flavor nor did the mashed potatoes both meals where old and it wss just disappointing im so list as to how the food was noy fresh at 10:38 in the morning and on top of that she said she was making the breast fresh would not recommend this Popeyes we nibbled on it because we where at work and couldn't leave to get...
