I’ve been patiently awaiting the opening of this cute sandwich and coffee shop across from the Plaza and finally got to experience their soft-launch yesterday…….the wait was worth it! The staff was warm and welcoming and, even though there were first day nerves, the crew worked efficiently to keep orders processing and offered very quick delivery. Love how fresh the offering options are and thoroughly enjoyed my CocoNut Toast - the peanut butter, banana, coconut flakes on perfectly crunchy toast drizzled with honey was such a great flavor profile for me with a desserty-vibe (without the dessert guilt😂). My son had the hot cap sandwich on some yummy bread. Definitely don’t skip the homemade chips made in beef tallow-the flavor and crunch is 🧑‍🍳. The Classic toast is next on my list! Great NEW spot in Riverside! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The meal was excellent! The sandwiches were stacked and full of flavor. We don’t have anything quite like this in the central Riverside area. My sister and I split The Cap and the Chicken Caprese, and both were amazing! Definitely worth trying more than one sandwich. I also grabbed a breakfast toast. The Peanut Butter Picnic did not disappoint, it was so good! Perfect for breakfast or even an afternoon sweet treat. Even during their soft opening, everything ran so smoothly and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. If this is just the beginning, I can’t wait to see what the grand opening brings! Crust is officially my new favorite...

Lovely little breakfast/lunch spot. My waze gave weird directions, but it's on the corner of Central & De Anza. Everything I tried was fresh & delicious. The Orchard toast, The Classic toast, BLT, Tomato soup, The Cap, Turkey Club, Market Salad, the house made potato chips are ADDICTIVE and they have the good nugget crushy ice. I'd highly suggest getting bacon on ANYTHING because their bacon is so perfectly cooked & excellent quality. I can't wait to try their coffee when it opens in a few weeks!
