Sarah took my order, and she was awesome! I had just enough time to order a coffee. Sometimes, the employees at other coffee shops will be so busy chatting with each other they don't take my order right away. Sarah acknowledged me right away, took my order, made sure she got it correct, asked if I had a phone number for points ( 1st time anyone asked me this), and had a smile the whole time. Sarah made my day a little better. I've had employees take my order and look like they dont want to be there or are bothered they have a customer. Yesterday I was getting a lid for my coffee at the other kiosk,, and one of the employees, instead of just waiting for me to get the lid, asked me to move out of her way so she could open the cupboard underneath. Thank you Sarah.

ALWAYS GREAT!! My favorite place to get my ice blended mocha. Even though "It's A Grind" was my favorite place for 15 yrs., got to say DCH nailed it on the IBM.... love it. We come from north Corona just to get their drinks..... my girls love their chocolate...

Love the iceblend white mocha! Oh and the double chocolate mocha🥰 They dont go light on coffee either so you're getting quality drinks here!! Not no " hey i thought i bought a coffee drink, so wheres the coffee " lol Really good...
