Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Riverside

Bruh….where LeBron at? I’m sure if he ever visits this location he would be supremely disappointed in his investment. This has to be by far the worst blaze pizza I have ever visited and it’s a real shame because me and my kids love Blaze.

I’m giving them one star because at least they got the order right.

The worst: the employees. First off, there are not enough. Second, they do not greet you. third, when they finally decide to give you service don’t expect a smile on anyone’s face. You are interrupting and inconveniencing their social hang out. As my boys and I were eating a couple walked in and got in line. After 5 minutes of standing with no one ahead of them and no acknowledgement or greeting they left. I don’t blame them…

The not great: no towels, or soap in the restroom. Also, there was an employee in there watching YouTube videos for at least 25 minutes… the main entrance door has not been cleaned in months. There are clearly no cleaning schedule or protocols in place because there was literally trash all over the place. All of the tables were filthy. This is the only blaze I have ever been to where the signature black barrel trashcan was overflowing. The floors, tables and chairs were full of crumbs. Lastly, none of the pizzas that we received were cut evenly which wasn’t the worst thing. Honestly, the symmetry doesn’t bother me that much but what did bother me is that the pizzas were not cut all the way through. So my two boys struggled to pull the pieces apart without taking the cheese from another slice with it.

Honestly, this place is a joke. I can only imagine what type of management is running this place. I say burn it down and start over. Higher quality employees that care about the job and clients. Train them better, teach him how to keep a cleaning schedule and smile when clients walk through the door.

I hope this place can turn it around they need some...

First-time customer. Ordered online and went to pick-up. Wasn't sure about how things worked for pick-up orders. Seemed like customers that were there knew how things worked but no direction from staff for me. I ended up waiting around to hear my name, and then finally looking at a pizza that was sitting on the shelf in front of the guy putting pizza's in boxes. No orders were in the area marked "pick-up orders here". I had to ask where my salad and drink cup were because no one said anything when I picked up my pizza. There was no dressing with the salad. I decided to eat in the dining room but had to go up and ask how to get dressing for my greek salad. A employee stated he would have to "make" dressing and then bring it to me, which he did. First the door was locked and it was 20 minutes before the store closed. The lady working the register was very rude and had a frown on her face while making my pizza. She barely put any cheese and any dollops of sauce, she didn't ask me what kind of crust, she didn't ask me if l wanted oil etc, she was so irritated with me for some reason she used 1 piece of artichoke and broke it apart and sprinkled it over my pizza. Then it burnt cause it was left in to long, no one was monitoring it at all. Even the customers before me had to ask for their drink cups, then had to go back to the counter and ask for lids for their drinks.
