Sharetea Riverside — Restaurant in Riverside

I asked the gentleman there to split my coffee blended since I don't want a large one and they are called sharetea for the reason that you split your Blended drinks. So when I noticed that it was not split I let the young lady know that I had asked to split them with and with an attitude she grab them and not even apologizing. She got two new cups put boba in the bottom of both of them poured the one Blended coffee drink into each cup. But on the second cup she poured the remaining of the one drink causing all the Boba of that drink to go into the new cup that she had already scooped boba in. So now I have one drink with extra extra boba primarily boba and no coffee blend. So I told her that I didn't want that one drink with extra boba .She told me she did throw away the old drink. Mind you I watched her it's not hard to watch someone there. So I told her I watched her pour the drink into the new cups and she once again said she didnt. I should had taken the picture of the drink with just boba. Then I have two other employees rushing out and at the end I have two of them arguing with me the who they called the new guy keeping silent as if he didn't want to get in trouble but then admitted that I did say to split it. So I asked them if they could please remake it and with an attitude throwing stuff and then slamming stuff while she's making my drinks they did. I feel this place is the only one around here and that is it's got to their heads and they don't remember about customer service. So I'll drive myself to McKinley next time I want a Boba drink. Hope all the argument with a customer in front of your other customers was worth it. Worst customer service I've received...

This isn’t my usual location. I usually go to the one on university and their service is great. I came to this location thinking this would be a good one too. I was wrong and I’m disappointed and quite annoyed. I came in and ordered my drink the way I always get it and the guy that works there was judging me on getting it regularly sweet. And was telling the girl with him that it was too much sugar and that it’s disgusting. He also had an attitude the whole time I was there and I don’t appreciate any of it. What’s the point in having a sweetness level if the regular level is “too much or disgusting”. What was disgusting was his attitude and judgement. Maybe he shouldn’t be working there if he can’t handle how people like THEIR drink that they pay for with THEIR money. Disgusting location and I will never come back to this one. It’s only a place to feel self conscious and judged by the asshole “running” the place. Don’t go here if you actually like to enjoy your drinks cause he will...

I stopped by Sharetea Riverside recently and had such a great experience! Right as I walked in, I felt welcomed by the super friendly staff. The new owners were there too, and they were so nice—they came over to chat, asked how I was enjoying everything, and really seemed to care about making sure I was having a good time. They even recommended a few drinks based on what I like, which was awesome because I ended up trying their classic milk tea and taro boba. Both were delicious! The milk tea was just the right balance of creamy and sweet, and the boba was that perfect chewy texture.

The whole vibe of the place is really warm and inviting, and it just felt like they really value their customers. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to often! If you’re in Riverside and love boba (or even if you’re new to it), you’ve gotta check...
