Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Riverside

Absolutely ticked off at the people working here, they literally made me turn into a Karen. I placed an order for delivery and yes i will admit blame on my part for this i mistyped my address by 1 digit and it went to my neighbors house. My neighbor is an old man, the lights were off, nobody answered the door so the driver just LEFT IT ON THE PORCH. I checked my app and the order said it was still out for delivery, so I called the store. They told me it was dropped off an HOUR AGO! Nobody called me, nobody texted, no app alert saying its been delivered, so for an hour my food was just sitting outside on a porch getting stone cold. The first person who answered the phone was fine, i was put on with the manager who was completely dismissive and told me to call corporate. I wanted to know if I can either get a refund or atleast a new order made and pick it up and was denied. I worked at a pizza place before and if I did not hand the delivery in hand to the person, I would not just leave it on the effing porch! I would atleast try to contact and let them know im there. I can't even give them 1 star. I ordered a pizza at 5:41 tonight for my daughter and I for dinner and got my delivery around 6:10-15. My pizza was wrong and had onions on it, WHAT my 5 year old won't eat that.I called to complain at 6:18 and was informed I could get a credit I said no I wanted a new pizza. She said it would be about 30 minutes..ok. 7:10 comes and I call to find out why its been 50 minutes, to find out they never remade it. Was told one is coming AGAIN, this time I waited until 8:04 to call and demnded a manager to find out the pizza WAS NEVER REMADE AGAIN!!!!! Are they serious? What kind of place does this!! Now after my 3rd call I'm still waiting for my pizza, don't know if I'll EVER get it. In the meantime my daughter fell asleep without dinner after waiting so long!!!!! This woman made the order that was meant to be ready at 2:30 a whole hour before it was meant to be done. Pizza was cold. Beeen sitting out. She refused to give her name because she said she didn’t have to Mind you we called numerous times no answer u have a lot of workers and no line. There’s no excuse. I asked if they can remake the pizza so it’s fresh and she said no. I asked for a cash refund she refused n refunded my order to my card. She refused to give us the pizza. Give us a refund. And give us her name. How is dominoes hiring somebody who is a thief. When I sent my husband for a receipt she gave him a receipt that just said “bad” no amouunt refunded no order attached. If I’m spending my money here I expect them to show proof of refund.
