This story starts with my mom wanting to try their tamales all because she saw them in an ad. I picked her up from a friends and asked if she was hungry and wanted to go eat here, to which she said, "yes." Fast forward to time of order; The gentlemen taking our order was friendly and courteous, but made me repeat my order twice. I'm assuming he was away from the register or with another customer, which is fine, i understand. Pulling up to the window, a young man tells me my total and i pay. The wait time is normal, no long wait. Living only a few blocks away, we get home and start digging through the bags, as would anyone. Upon doing so, i noticed we were missing an item. I double, even triple checked to which, in my surprise, the item wasn't there. Now like i said 'i only live a few blocks away.' I drove back to this location and informed them through the drive through speaker that they had forgotten an item in my order and, also while i was already back, ordered another item off the menu. When i pulled up towards the window, i was told, "you're lucky I'm here and I'm nice, or else you wouldn't get nothing." Okay I'm not one to argue with staffing, I'm sure they get crazy amounts of people that give them a hard time but then again I'm not one, i simply was not given an item i payed for. That made me feel bad, almost embarrassed to go ask for something i had already payed for. Nonetheless, they gave me the missing item along with the extra items I ordered and also payed for. Now as I'm walking inside my home, my mom tells me that she wishes i could have waited. When i asked, "why?," she replied with, "there is a strand of hair in my food." I'm shocked i went through the hassle of getting a missing item along with ordering extra food, just to have unsanitary preparation of our food at the end of it all. I threw away everything. I'm quite frankly disappointed with this specific location as anything like this has never happened at any of their...
