Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Riverside

This will be my first time at this place I’m going to say the reason why it has two stars is not because of the cake that I bought. It was excellent. It was the lemon Bundt cake. It was very soft and moist , but like everyone says in the reviews, the girls they have no training and Customer Service is my first time there I didn’t know what to get or anything, there was no help she definitely wasn’t there to help you choose from anything at all. There’s no forks that was very surprising to me and it was just a weird experience usually when you come to an establishment and you’ve never been there. You would expect someone might be like oh well, let me tell you about the business. This is this kind of cake. This flavor is one of our best flavors, etc. etc. no, it was a white girl pretty thick with a bun. Maybe they should try hiring people who are more knowledgeable about what they’re selling because I would’ve left out there spending $100 if them cakes taste like that lemon but oh...

This was my first visit, I spent $36 on 6 cakes! and the cashier never asked me if I wanted a punch card or gave me a coupon. I was told this is something that Is going on from my sis who just left one of your locations which she wasn’t asked either someone told her then she knew to ask. I’m not sure if different store have different promotions but the Riverside location didn’t offer me any of the above. I wanted to ask her, but she didn’t seem so inviting.

The cakes were very soft melts in your mouth type of thing. All but the CARROT CAKE. It wasn’t super dry but it wasn’t like the others. Carrot cake is way too spicy reminded me of the school cafeteria spice cake Lol! IT IS A NO FOR ME!

Lemon the lemon icing goes the best with the cake Oreo is so good! Taste just like a Oreo cookie.

Red velvet has not flavor just taste like sweet bread.

Confetti taste just like cAke mix! Great for kids! Or adults lol

The cakes are very good . After the service on the day before before Easter. I don't think I will visit the store again. My husband order 2 dozen far in advance when my friend and went to pick them up I gave them the punch cards I had enough for a free dozen everything was ok until the manager came out she didn't want to except the cards ,insinuated we could have stole them or found them I had the recipes for every purchase for every purchase in my had and offered to let her look at them and then she wanted to keep them then she insinuated my friend who was with me could not add when my friend told she could add and she was a teacher,that math. She went to the back and came out and ask if we would step outside to talk to us we told she could talk there inside . If hadn't been the the day before Easter I would have left the cakes there. My husband and I had been the to Riverside store many times never had a problem or she seen this manager before but...
