I drove over 30-45 mins to the closest Tommy’s because I grew up in LA but now live in Redlands/Yucaipa area. This Riverside location gets my order wrong half the time, which is okay because they always fix it. We were the only car in the drive-thru at the time. When they took my order they cut me off when I was talking, so they got it wrong again. I asked for the chili & cheese for my chili cheese fries on the side but received it all on it. They said sorry & fixed it. But the amount of chili barely filled half of that cardboard fry container. I thought the wrong order had a lot more chili so it was my fault to not have kept the wrong one. I walked inside & said I was sorry for being difficult but if I could please get more chili because it didn’t look like very much. A crew member wearing a blue shirt named Gloria right away said,”No.” Just straight said,”No” very rudely & bluntly. I told her the wrong order looked like a lot more chili & I would have taken that one instead because this wasn’t a lot of chili. She said,”No. You got 2 scoops of chili. It’s only 2 scoops of chili. If you want more I have to charge you.” I wanted just a little more & for just getting my order wrong I would think she would have done it. Instead she was very blunt & rude about it. This happens half the time but this is the first time I actually mentioned it & asked for more chili but apparently getting my order wrong, then not giving the customer a little more chili was worth more than a bad review. This is the first time I’ve seen Gloria work there. After looking at the pictures posted on here I’m even more mad because I see a ton of chili filling those cardboard containers which probably means she shorted me on purpose, taking it out on me for THEM getting my order wrong. Everyone else has always been nice & happy. I hope I don’t see Gloria there anymore or at least a little nicer with a smile on her face. No one wants to work but we all have to fake a smile & push that customer service to get paid & she should...
Read moreHORRIBLE....Ive been eating from Tommy's since the mid 80's and this was the worst burger I've had from any Tommy's location, Including the Original location on Rampart, In Pico Rivera, El monte, Long Beach, Chino, all over SoCal. First thing was the person taking orders in the drive-thru she made multiple mistakes try in to take my order, kept telling me to please wait, then I moved forward to see 2 cars in front of me. It took way to long for those 2 cars to get their food. When I finally pulled up to the window I had to wait 8min 37sec (yes I was timing it) I got my food pulled around to the parking lot and and was ready to enjoy my Tommy's Famous Chili Cheeseburger that I had been craving for weeks, because we don't have an Original Tommy's in our part of town. So I pulled the cheeseburger out to find it was cold, as if it was sitting around premaid the chili cheese fries and regular fries were piping hot. The burger was so cold you could the chili starting to congeal, then I scrapped the chili off the burger, then took some chili from my fries and put on my burger. The chili didn't taste the like it used to, actually it had no flavor at all, the only things that tasted good was the pickles and my drink. Needless to say I was very disappointed, especially because they weren't even busy and will not be returning to...
