Just like the name implies, this is an all vegan food truck, mainly Mexican cuisine. If you're vegan/ plant- based and you're craving some good Mexican food, then you have to give it a try! I should point out that they have moved locations! Currently (s I'm leaving this review) they're located on 10368 Diana Avenue, which is where most food trucks are, across the street from the Galleria Tyler Mall. Burritos are a better value for your money, since one burrito is 2-3 servings. But their tacos are very good too. Most proteins available do contain pea protein, if that concerns you, but most things are made in-house, so no worries about vegan brands that you don't like here. Sweet owners and they cook- to- order, so although your food will be nice and fresh, you will have to wait 15-30 minutes for you food. I do believe you can place pick up orders, so try it when you have plenty of time or call ahead of you're...

Came here in the afternoon on a Sunday. Service wasn't fast, but they had a ton of orders and with two picnic benches in front, waiting wasn't a problem. Ordered 2 asada mulitas, 1 taco de asada, 1 taco de carnitas, 2 aguas (watermelon/guayaba & pineapple/mango/passionfruit). Prices seemed really good, but when the food came out the portions were really small (mulitas in particular, we just assumed it'd be bigger so that's on us for not asking). I'd prob have ordered double the food for my party of 2. However, the food didn't lack any flavor and everything was delicious, including the side salsas we got. I'll def be back and recommending this place (just ask for portion size to see if it's enough for you!)
Service was great, staff was friendly and communicated as my order...
Read moreWe finally tried Vegan Vatoz. We met Ivan and Jojo and their attitude and vibes are 👏🏽 👍🏼 👌🏽. This was our first experience trying vegan period. Well, let me tell you of course it was different to our taste buds. We ordered 3 tacos. Asada, Fish and Carnitas. 1 Chicken Taquito, 1 Asada Mulita , Guac and Chips and Augua Fresca de Mango. Our total was about $35.00 . I wasn't worried about timing because I sure don't want my food to be rushed and it's my first time. Yes, the price was more than what I'm used to but again, this is a healthier option and I was already expecting that. The food was not bad at all. My thing that I noticed and tasted was a "sweeter taste" than regular Asada and Carnitas. But I'm not complaining it was still good!. We will definitely be going back to try more of what's on...
