Many Wienerschnitzel locations, like many others, seem to be struggling with poor customer service, largely due to the employees they hire. It seems like this issue stems from the new generation of workers coming in. When I started working at 14 years old, I was taught everything about customer service, from greeting customers and maintaining cleanliness to staying focused and being polite, no matter the situation. I’m from California, but I moved to Ohio for a year, where labor laws are more lenient, and I started working at Wendy’s. Back then, there was a clear emphasis on service, professionalism, and respect for customers. But now, in the fast food and restaurant industries, these values seem to be disappearing. There's no greeting, no "How may I assist you?" everything feels rude and dismissive. It’s honestly shocking and frustrating to experience. Businesses have also gone digital, which means employees rarely have to interact directly with customers, and they seem to think that gives them the right to behave however they want. Another issue is the lack of uniform policies. When I was younger, we had to wear a clean uniform every day, and it was expected. Today, uniforms seem to be an afterthought, or there is no consistency at all. I'm only 25, so I'm not far removed from when I started working, but I’ve noticed a significant shift over the past decade. I truly hope Wienerschnitzel, along with other companies, takes notice of these kinds of comments and starts addressing these issues. There’s a clear need to improve customer service, the quality of work, and the overall experience at these locations for the benefit of both employees and customers.

The food is always consistent, served hot and delicious at this Wienerschnitzel location on La Sierra Ave. I’ve dined inside and use the drive thru often and the customer service has always been great. ESP the one woman, she may be the manager, she’s always pleasant to deal with. Great place to get your Wiener fix!

We drove thru after picking my grandson up from Ramona High School en route to our home. We ordered 5 for $5.55, a good price. We ordered 2 chili dogs with onions and 3 corn dogs and an order of french fries (medium) and a glass of water. The chili dogs with onion were very good, as always. Normally the corn dogs are great, but this time the corn batter was just a few seconds under cooked which I was able to tell by taking one of them partially apart. The french fries didn't look good. I wanted to eat one right away. I used to be the french fry girl at the Wienerschnitzel on Magnolia back in 1973, but I didn't need to rely on that experience to know that the french fries were probably kept warm by a light and weren't freshly cooked -- that's how they looked and how they tasted on trial tasting which is all I did and I didn't eat the french fries. I did give the french fries to my family so I'm no better. I wouldn't eat them though and I fed the rest of my corn dog to my little dogs. I did eat the chili dog. I couldn't find a working phone number for Wienerschnitzel on La Sierra so that I could tell them what I've reported here. Again, I'm thankful for the chili dog and my dogs were thankful for my corn dog and my 84-year-old Mother ate some of the french fries and a corn dog. I read one of the reviews previously posted and the bathroom smell was mentioned. For months if not years that has been the disgusting case there. They need to get that fixed and that is all there is to it. Perhaps it is fixed and I just don't know it. The last time we ate inside the smell was so terrible by the bathroom that it was just like sewage smell and we still stayed and ate our ice creams. What is wrong with...

Me and my husband just had the worst drive through experience ever! We are the only ones in line to begin we ordered two smoothies, one strawberry and one chocolate Oreo. The strawberry flavored one (mine) had a sour taste unfortunately. We requested a refund from the store manager since she is the one who took our order and had already given back the smoothie, the request was denied. The manager then said that I can exchange for another menu item so I asked what other 4.99-5 dollar menu item could I get. The manager screamed and said she don’t have time to go through the menu and said to go around again in the drive through line. There were no other cars in the drive through and the conversation ended with me asking for corporates number and then being lied too stating it is on the receipt. The manager Emma(is the name she gave us) slammed the window in our faces and left us there with no refund and no smoothie. I am simply requesting a refund for my order of the strawberry smoothie and would like for action to be taken against the store manager for how she treated me and my husbands that includes screaming, yelling , lying and without a replacement or refund. Please contact me as soon...
