Riverton hardware deserves well more then five stars for their service to the public. I had the honor to meet the owner (Neil) himself. I walked in the store for a bolt for my truck thinking I had a quick fix. Little did i realize I had quite the project on my hands . Fortunately for myself Neil was there to save the day . He crawled under my 🚚 and gave me the best options .Not only that but did more then half my job for me .I can't believe the outstanding service .You don't find good whole hearted people like him these days .He went above and beyond the call of duty .Not to mention Sam one of his employees that was there greeting every customer with a huge smile and postive attitude . Sam helped me at the register and was more then helpful when I went looking for parts. I would definitely go out of my way to hit up Riverton Hardware for all my Hardware needs ..Keep up the great work .I'm still astounded their are people like Sam and Neil in this world that go the extra mile for...

I live in NW Utah county. This place is a little further away than the big box stores in Lehi, but the reviews were excellent so I gave them a try. I was framing my basement and needed lumber and hardware. The very nice gal at the desk knew exactly where everything was located. My order wasn't especially large. She asked if I had an account, to which I replied that it was my first time there. She offered the contractor rate anyway. She also took care of cutting the 16' treated lumber, as it wouldn't fit in my truck. She then sent me back to the lumber yard where a nice guy asked if I wanted to cherry pick from the stack. He loaded me up and I was on my way. I whole heartedly agree with the general consensus that this place is a gem. I love supporting small businesses that love...

I stopped in at Riverton hardware all the time. I’ve been there three times in the last couple of days. I went in to get some smaller bolts the same as ones I bought 10 minutes before. The owners daughter, Lexi, tried to charge me $26 for two bolts when I just paid two dollars each for two bigger ones 10 minutes before. I said that must be the box price and she said no they’re $100 for the box so I walked her back and showed her the bin and then they rang up at $3.71 and I just bought bigger and longer ones of the same thing for only two dollars each so I just mentioned that and she had a really poor attitude and was very demeaning and short.
