I was at a company party right around the corner, they ordered food but things I couldn't eat. So I snuck out and stopped in here. asked if there was any specials, they had The personal pizza for $5.99. I thought okay whatever I got two toppings and didn't expect much but oh my god. This was some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. There's so many things on the menu, you really need a few minutes to look at everything to see what they have. They have all types of signature pizzas that sound marvelous. I pulled in Wednesday night didn't even wait maybe much more than 5 minutes from when I ordered to when it was done...two topping cheese with onions and black olives, paid cash and left. I didn't even make it inside to our function, I had to eat it in the car it was so amazing. There's about three more of these locations in between those one I'm leaving the review for and our house so we're getting another pizza tonight but sorry we're not driving all that way. we're getting one from Evanston. we'll see if it's just as good. If not, we're driving all the way out there to this store for more pizza. Very nice woman at the register and a very hard-working guy in the back. The bathroom was clean, had towels, soap, whatever. most little strip mall places like this don't pay attention to that stuff. I usually take lots of photos of all the carry out or restaurants I visit but this pizza was so good I was not going to pick up my phone and interrupt my eating. next time, next time. this location has a fancy painted up Prius for a delivery vehicle and offers free...

Ordered a large pizza, understandably it is a holiday weekend so they may be busy. Wait an hour and a half and I call to see where it is, it is out for delivery. The delivery driver calls and cannot speak English so he asks me to send the address to his cell. Which makes no sense as it was in the order.

I worked as a delivery driver for 5 years, this was not how an exchange should have been done.

I end up sending him a shared location from Google maps for him to deliver the food.

The moment he arrived he gave me the pizza which was warm. He then handed the pops I purchased to me and pulled them away, and pointed to his phone to leave a tip. He would not give me my pops until I left him a tip which he visibly watched me enter. I called the store and the woman answering stated they will let the manager know and they will contact me.

I am requesting a full refund and if I do not hear anything I'm having my bank deal with it.

As this was delivery, atmosphere is neutral Food & Service 1 star

If you want to eat here go inside and get it but honestly this pizza looks like dominoes/papa johns.

Update: removed redundancy, will update if I need to call the store back.

Update 2: have not heard back from store, called back to be sent to another line. Left a message, getting closer to having my bank deal with it.

Update 3: I am now going to go through the refund process through my bank. I will never be giving this place...

We’ve ordered from this location a lot. Pizza, baked pasta, calzones, sandwiches.. just about anything. We’ve gotten wings before but tonight they were just awful. Ate a couple and could tell something was off, they weren’t pink but tasted SUPER rubbery.. wings should not taste like that. Called to get something else and had to argue with the guy on the phone to send us something different. These wings tasted frozen and reheated. He told me they were fresh which they definitely weren’t. After spending 10 minutes of arguing if they were fresh or not and me saying “they’re disgusting,” he finally asks what we’d like to replace them. Then they wanted us to send the wings back with the driver. Kind of gross if they’re getting thrown away, like they should but fine. Then tried to charge me for the new item. We got a sandwich around the same price as well. I asked if he was really going to charge for an item that is gross and possibly not safe to consume and he goes “guess not.” Needless to say I will be watch our cards now just in case of a charge on it from them. Only got 2 stars for FINALLY getting us something different and being pretty decent in the past.. won’t be coming back for awhile, there’s other places that are good and won’t argue with me...
