My boyfriend and i are taking a road trip up to DC from FL and we’ve stopped at a few dunkin locations on the way, this particular dunkin took me off guard. As we pulled i up through the drive thru window it took the young lady a few minutes to greet us, by the parking lot it didn’t seem like they were busy and honestly i thought they were closed. Waited like 5 min then we ordered an ice coffee and lady must have not ever made one before or something because she was so confused as to what we wanted. At that point we should have just drove away, but we didn’t because we have like 4 hrs left of a drive. When we got to the window, i paid through the mobile app and then the lady took another 5 min to make our coffee. THEN what really made me want to write a review was that fact 2 other employees were sitting down, giggling while they watched us wait, not doing anything. Is this what dunkin pays there employees to do? i know the one by my house is always doing, then again it might be an age thing because most young people don’t have the same work ethic. Then the lady come back, didn’t even fill the cup up which I went to say something about but before i could she turns around and someone HANDS HER A BABY???? i’m sorry is this bring your child to work day??? why tf would you bring a baby to work with you, and then make food/drinks for people??

Read moreMy wife went to this establishment on 5/31/2025 around 08:00 for my coffee and sandwich. it took 10 minutes before she ordered and another 10 minutes before paying for the food even then my coffee order was wrong. my wife was extremely upset with the service given, no apologies given at the store before she left, we was traveling back to Charlotte NC. We called and talked to someone she said that she was the manager she apologized for what happened but nothing for her trouble. I felt truly outraged that my wife experienced poor work ethics . I need someone from corporate to contact me and handle this situation. just because you are the only dunkin donuts store in the area doesn't mean you can treat your customers with poor service. As i see this establishment reviews i now understand why this store is running so poorly . First of all i don't see corporate responding. Two none of our complaints. This must be a franchise, not the actual main company Of Dunkin' Donuts. Because surely they valued and respond to customer complaints.About their stores . Read moreWent through the drive through. I had written down our order for my husband to read to them. He read them our order. They were out if orange juice and apple juice. They did not repeat our order back to us. We then waited 45 minutes to get to the window. Got to the window and half of our order was missing. The woman with long braids told us we didn’t order those things and if we wanted them, we would have to drive our car around and wait in line again. I know we ordered them because my husband read our order from a written list. We then pulled away, parked and put in a mobile order for all of our missing items. One item was a cresant sandwich with no egg. (Food allergy situation) We went inside and waited another 30 minutes for our order for them to tell us they were out of cresants. My husband told them to put the sandwich on bread. Got back out to the car, they had put egg on the sandwich and the cheese was missing. My husbands bagel had the tiniest, barely visible amount of cream cheese on it. Another item was a headlight donut, they didn’t know what a headlight was.
